Michael was absolutely outstanding. He was the perfect mix of presence always making sure we were ok, with the balance of not be around too much. His banter was wonderful and you can tell he really takes the time to read the guests and interacts accordingly. Wonderful food, drinks and experience overall!

The Café Brio, located in Victoria, has been a local favorite for twenty six years, serving up a rustic, Italian inspired menu. Focusing on regional products, Café Brio led by multi awarded Chef Sam Harris selects the highest quality ingredients from local sources to be used in authentic, creative dishes.

At Café Brio, everything is prepared in house. Pasta favorites include gnocchi with roasted leeks, parmesan cream and basil purée, Spaghettini with tomato, garlic, basil, olive oil and parmigiano and also our wild mushroom risotto. From the Sea enjoy seared scallops with peroxides, delicata squash, carmelo and bacon anchovy vinaigrette or our local fish feature. Lastly the Parry Bay Lamb feature from our friends out in Metchosin is an absolute must.

The wine list is extensive with input from multiple Sommeliers on staff always excited to share their new favourite bottle in our unique and cozy dining room.
