Led by Executive Chef, Brendan Phelps the @cutthroatchef and his team. Sourcing as close to home as possible, we are dedicated to bringing you local produce and proteins on our intimate menu.
Nestled in the Monashee Mountains and surrounded by established forest, you will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, but in fact are just a 10-minute drive from downtown Revelstoke.
Our cocktail menu reflects our dining menu with local ingredients, housemade syrups and eclectic pairings.
Featuring a rotating menu so you can come and enjoy the Chef's new creations right through the summer.
Opening June 13th through to end of September, Wednesday - Saturday from 5.30pm.

It’s been a while since we dined at Rim Rock. It was fantastic! The meal was excellent - we each had the 3 course special and it was delicious and good value. Everything was great - except our table for 2 seemed awfully close to our neighbours - and she was a chatty Cathy!

After seeing the film at Viff, we all had the chef and Daruma menu loved it. Right amount of food. Satisfied not over stuffed. Able to enjoy beer and cocktails. We will be back. Had a non alcoholic cocktail it was the best one I have ever had at a restaurant. The one with nutmeg. Will try the other one next time.
