El restaurante goza de impresionantes jardines florales en un entorno histórico en el que los comensales podrán degustar platos locales de estilo contemporáneo recién preparados. Está ubicado en la antigua residencia de la familia Butchart y ofrece vistas espectaculares al jardín privado, al jardín italiano y a Tod Inlet. Los comensales podrán relajarse con el té de la tarde en la temporada primaveral y estival, así como disfrutar de productos más cálidos desde octubre y a lo largo de todo el invierno. El almuerzo y la cena varían en función de la temporada y cuentan con una fuerte presencia de ingredientes locales sostenibles. También podrán elegir entre la selección de vinos galardonados de la isla de Vancouver y conocer y apreciar las uvas y los viticultores de la zona. A longstanding tradition at Hotel Vancouver, Notch8 is delighted to welcome guests for Afternoon Tea service from Wednesday through Sunday!

If your tiny tot is joining, we offer a Children's Tea featuring kid-friendly finger sandwiches, scones, and sweet treats. Afternoon Tea is served from Wednesday through Sunday only.

We are pleased to offer options catering to guests with specific dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, as well as dietary preferences including vegetarian diets. Please notify us at time of booking and we will be delighted to facilitate.
