Ambli is such an amazing restaurant. Dependable, amazing service. The food is so so good-the menu is varied so everyone can have a vastly different meal that they love. The food is plated so beautifully and portion sizes are good. It is just the best!!!

Dinner was amazing! My husband had the ribeye and I did the special of the night (snapper). Our waiter was great and knowledgeable about the menu. Alec is the best bartender. Very personable and drinks were amazing. I would recommend 100% for a date night or any special occasion.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Mona Lisa. The service was exceptional. Our server was attentive, pleasant and knowledgeable. The food was outstanding and we loved the traditional cheese fondue, grilled proteins and veggies. We had the dark chocolate fondue for dessert which was amazing.

Cowboy Star was fantastic. Be sure you have the bucks, as it is expensive, but if you enjoy a good steak ... strike that ... great steak, this is one of the best places in town! From the appetizers to dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed the entire meal. They have a great wine list, too, so don't be afraid to indulge in a nice wine to accompany dinner. And service was excellent, too! Not intrusive, but very attentive - just the right balance! Thanks, Cowboy Star!

Another visit on my annual trip to Colo Springs. Always top quality seafood and very popular and vibrant place for the locals as well as the out-of-towners. Made it in for the tail end of the happy hour and had a nice martini with the calamari appetizers, both excellent. Will be back for sure.
