Trained at the prestigious École Ferrandi, Maximilien and Thomas came together through their shared love of hospitality. Maximilien specializes in wine and guest experience, while Thomas refined his culinary skills at Le Pré Catelan and Lasserre. In 2022, they opened Nessia, a modern French restaurant in the Marais district of Paris 3, near République, which is also available for private events. Highly recommend this restaurant, excellent food beautifully presented. Only one waiter but he was friendly & efficient. I had the asparagus to start, my husband had the foie gras, then both of us had the filet mignon.
