In this room with a classic Franco-English style, where excellence serves emotion, chef Christian Le Squer shapes a cuisine of products, modern, elegant, and constantly evolving. Centered around seasonal ingredients sourced from small producers, the menu reflects the chef's Breton roots and Parisian inspirations. Among his signature dishes, Breton langoustines, gratinated onion soup, or line-caught sea bass with buttermilk from my childhood are must-tries. An explosion of tastes and flavors.

This restaurant was awesome. Be prepared for a long night should you opt for “the Experience”. Oh, and bring your wallet with you.
