This place was amazing! The food was incredible, they were so accommodating for the vegetarians with us and the service was beyond great. The house cocktails were perfectly balanced, the wine selection offered tons of regional Mexican wines and some imports, and I cannot describe how wonderful and thoughtful the dishes were. Best dining experience I’ve had in years! Highly recommended!!

A longtime Vallarta favorite, Austrian owner Andreas Rupprechter named the place after his compatriot Maximilian and former emperor of Mexico, perhaps he himself would have loved to dine here, choosing Wienerschnitzel with potatoes and Austrian salad as his ideal dish. Gastronomy in Puerto Vallarta has gone up a notch, that is why our menu is constantly being renewed, although it is good to know that some things do not change, and for a dozen years we have been able to maintain the satisfaction of our favorite dishes. So, whether dining outdoors surrounded by unparalleled people or in an intimate dinner, this is the place to be in Vienna, with the warm weather of Puerto Vallarta.

Prettier inside than ever. Still a great menu. Even though Andreas retired, the place runs as well as ever. Incredible staff led by the charming Miguel. We will return each trip to PV. For a break from Mexican food and standard Italian cuisine, Kaiser is a must; a glimpse into Austria from the glorious Puerto Vallarta!

Asador La Vaca Argentina is always an amazing experience. The food is amazing with great quality of beef. The appetizer Chicharron de Vaciao is fantastic and honestly we have never had anything that was not top notch. If you are unsure as to what to get you can not go wrong with the Milenesa Napolitano. The portions are huge and the quality of everything is very high, the house Malbec is very good as well. If you are looking for a great dining experience in Nuevo Vallarta then you should 100% try Asador La Vaca Argentina. This is our second time there and we will be back every time we come to Nuevo Vallarta

Absolutely unforgettable from start to finish! The entire experience was exceptional—Caroline, our server, was outstanding with impeccable service and warmth that elevated the evening. Every dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully prepared, and truly delicious. And the views? Simply breathtaking. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. The interior is bright, with brick columns lining the dining room and bright red windows bringing a splash of color to the seating area. Asador La Vaca Argentina honors the famous tradition of Argentinean steakhouses by putting the beef and steak dishes front and center.
