NUMŌH is the inverse name of "Homún" (our first restaurant name) which comes from combining "Ho", for home, and "mún", for common. Chef Mario Borja seeks through his "free cuisine" to express a culinary format that is based on the simple fact of cooking what we like to eat, without pretension, respecting the balance of flavors, the good execution of the technique and the fresh seasonal product.

We were recommend to this beautiful place. I never take pictures of food, but I wish I did at this experience. The food not only tasted wonderful , but the presentation was something I have never experienced. Great service too!
