We have dined here twice in the last couple of weeks. Both times the food was exceptional as was the service. This is now my favorite restaurant in Puerto Vallarta, could be a little formal for some. There were some foreign diners at the restaurant who thought they were at Margaritaville instead of a fine local restaurant. Highly recommended.

NUMŌH is the inverse name of "Homún" (our first restaurant name) which comes from combining "Ho", for home, and "mún", for common. This is my favorite Japanese sushi restaurant in Nuevo Vallarta. Chef Silvano worked with a Japanese sushi chef in the past, and he makes the sushi bite-size, as it should be. The sushi and sashimi are clean without a lot of sauce poured over it like other Japanese sushi restaurants in Nuevo Vallarta. The wasabi is really good, be careful, you only need a little. Their carajillo had a great touch with fresh cinnamon stick and candied orange peel. Delicious! The ambiance is beautiful, and the service was great. I will definitely dine at Satori again.

* The Iguana Restaurant is an open-air restaurant, that overlooks the city of Puerto Vallarta and serves contemporary Mexican cuisine in an elegant ambiance. Retractable walls take advantage of gentle coastal breezes and crystal chandeliers add soft light while water dances in the adjacent courtyard fountain. The dining room wraps around an outdoor patio with shady palms and another central fountain. In between is nestled the boutique Tequila Bar, serving a wide array of top-flight tequilas and mezcals.

This was by far our best meal we have had in Puerto Vallarta. The food was beyond amazing, the view spectacular and Hugo was phenomenal. This will be our go to restaurant anytime we come back to PV.

Always a great experience. Vincenzo always takes great care og his customers starting with bruschetta and ending with limoncello on the house. Food is always wonderful esp the eggplant parm appetizer ehich is my favorite along with pizzas and pasta

I had a wonderful dining experience at Bahía’s Four Seasons Restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive without being intrusive. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout our meal. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell care is put into both the ingredients and the preparation. Every dish we tried had its own unique touch, and it was clear that quality is a top priority here. The view is also amazing!
