I booked this for a special dinner for my adult niece. She and her husband said it was the best food they ever had! Also, the dessert cake was absolutely wonderful. This is a very good choice for a special occasion restaurant!

I had a wonderful dining experience at Bahía’s Four Seasons Restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive without being intrusive. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout our meal. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell care is put into both the ingredients and the preparation. Every dish we tried had its own unique touch, and it was clear that quality is a top priority here. The view is also amazing!

We had an absolute blast at this restaurant. Service was excellent. You must try the flaming roll for quite a fire show. Also, a lot of fire on the grill was fun and entertaining. Jesus, Marco and everyone were welcoming and attentive. Must visit if you are a teppanyaki fan. Flavor is a little more sesame than Benihana.

We love the name “Bonito” because it’s both the Spanish word for “beautiful” and the name of one of the most important fish in Japanese cuisine. Thus, it’s the perfect name for a restaurant that seeks to explore the shared traits in the cuisines of Vallarta and Vietnam, delving into our mutual love for funk, citrusy brightness, and carefully calibrated spice.

This location is in Zona Romántica right next to the beautiful 200-year-old Banyan Tree. Comfortable air-conditioned dining room and a gorgeous outdoor garden provide the perfect setting for all occasions.

Our most popular items are ramen, pho, pork belly bao, soft-shell crab bao, coconut shrimp rolls, summer rolls, green papaya salad, potstickers, lobster dumplings, pork belly dumplings, teriyaki salmon, Korean BBQ beef, and green curry.
