A good set menu on Sunday, with well-prepared food, good servings, and pleasant, attentive service. I particularly enjoyed the vegan "steak", and my son thoroughly liked the beef version!

Fantastic food - it is always delicious. Attentive staff who also give you plenty of space to enjoy the food at your own pace. We had two buggies and two babies with us - they organised the perfect table with plenty of space. It made things so easy and our dining experience even more enjoyable - thank you so much.

Excellent dining experience for vegans. Perfect for a special occasion. We had the crispy tofu starter which really set the standard for the night. It was delicious. We shared 3 small plates and a side - all of which were like going on flavour adventures. Really high quality food. Then!!! Lovely Stephanie, our waitress for the night, gently encouraged us to take a look at the dessert menu, and having never seen so many vegan options before we had to dive in! I ate so many things I’d never tried before and absolutely loved it. 10/10.

Excellent food, good service, easy atmosphere, reasonable value. Sadly the menu was lacking in vegan options, they were poorly labelled (V, Ve and Vg => confusing) and literally bottom of the list. They seemed to be an afterthought. Nothing was labelled as "vegan option available" and some veggie/vegan options were not labelled as such. Disappointing, especially for a classy restaurant in the student area of Brighton.
