Not being a vegan I found this food extremely tasty and very well presented also being particularly fond of the desert side of most menus. I was super impressed that they give you two desserts on the four meal tasting menu. By far the desserts with the start of the show and the staff are super friendly and very informative about The concept with bringing a double desert

Lovely place, relaxing, calm environment. Staff were brilliant, helpful. Helped understand my wife allergy. Food was delightful, good amount for the price. We had a ribeye steak, sirloin steak, fries, salad, mac and cheese. Can’t fault any of it. Ribeye was very good. Definitely go again.

We started Fatto a Mano in Brighton in 2015, serving authentic and affordable Neapolitan pizza, made with fresh ingredients, in a friendly environment. For us, everything starts with our dough. Soft and pillowy, our pizza dough is made fresh every day, using only the best Italian 00 flour, salt, water and yeast. We let our dough prove for at least 24 hours – the slow proving means we’re able to use minimal quantities of yeast, so our pizzas are light and easily digestible. We use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas. Finally, our pizzaioli cook the pizzas in our oven at about 450 degrees, for no more than 90 seconds, in true Neapolitan style.

Booked a ground floor table which was offered after a very short wait on a busy Friday evening. Food very good as service was- our only gripe was that the starter arrived with the main courses and I had to ask for the mains to be sent back. Otherwise all was good
