Fiel a su nombre, “Chef's Table” se siente gloriosamente indulgente e invita a sus comensales a un viaje hedonista que resume la vida del Chef Antonio Pérez en Puerto Rico y su carrera culinaria en Sudamérica, Europa y Asia. El entorno resulta íntimo y tremendamente especial, con solo 12 asientos rodeando la cocina del chef, una sala de estar para tomar un cava de bienvenida antes de la cena o un digestif posterior a la degustación.
El menú temático de cinco platos cambia mensualmente junto con su maridaje de vinos. Esta no es simplemente otra experiencia gastronómica; es un viaje íntimo a través del corazón y el alma de la cocina global. No reserve un número de comensales superior al deseado, en nuestra cocina está todo preparado para todas las reservas previamente confirmadas, por lo que consideraremos como "no show" quien no haya cumplido con la reserva. Si desea cancelar su reserva, por favor avísenos con al menos tres días de antelación. Gracias por su amabilidad y comprensión.

Desde el momento en que llegamos a Epicuro, nos recibieron como si fuéramos amistades de toda la vida. La calidez, el ambiente acogedor y la calidad excepcional de la comida hicieron de esta visita algo inolvidable. Sin planificarlo, nos reencontramos con amistades, lo que añadió un toque especial a la noche. La experiencia fue más allá de una simple cena: fue como si el chef nos tradujera su pasión a través de cada plato. Cada detalle, cada sabor, cada interacción estuvo perfectamente alineado para crear una velada memorable. La dinámica fue excelente y nos encantó de principio a fin. Sin duda, repetiremos muy pronto.
