True to its name, the Chef’s Table feels gloriously indulgent, inviting lucky diners on a hedonistic journey encapsulating Antonio Pérez’s life in Puerto Rico and his culinary career across South America, Europe, and Asia. The setting feels intimate and wildly special, with just 12 seats surrounding the open kitchen, complemented by a lounge area for a welcome cava before dinner or a post-tasting menu digestif. The themed-driven five-course menu changes monthly along with its wine pairing.
This is not merely another dining experience; it’s an intimate journey through the heart and soul of a Puerto Rican cook and his global culinary influences. Do not reserve a number of diners higher than desired, in our kitchen everything is prepared for all confirmed reservations, as such, we will regard it as a no show who has failed to comply with the reservation. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please give us at least three day’s notice. Thank you for your kindness and understanding.

With Infini meaning “Limitless Possibilities”, Chef Urvin Croes wants to offer dishes made without boundaries, exploring new possibilities and stepping with two feet outside the box. A chef’s table concept where diners and staff are able to interact throughout the evening, channeling through a story guided by the menu.

Urvin has worked in different roles starting as an apprentice cook and ending as a Chef de Partie and Sous-Chef for the highest-rated hotel restaurants on the island of Aruba. He gained experience in Europe working with 1-Michelin star rated “Grand Hotel Karel V”.

He enjoys buying many of his ingredients from local farmers. It is a combination of all the aforementioned, which is reflected in the dishes created at Chef Urvin his restaurants. He has many accomplishments, which aside from his culinary degrees also include several medals and he is locally famous for being the first winner of ‘Iron Chef Aruba’.

Visited Ever just this past weekend for my husbands birthday and it was amazing. We had 2 young kids in our party and I was nervous about what they would eat but they loved each and every portion as much as the adults did! The attention to detail, the service and each tasting was incredible! Aside from the perfect food, we loved the restaurant staff, everyone was chatty and attentive and made the entire experience even better. Watch out Chef Ever, we will be back!!!

Wonderful evening at L’Escale last night. The ambience is truly spectacular and the food was excellent. Best bartender on the island! Very creative and delicious cocktails! Wait staff were friendly and attentive as well. So easy and quick to get over from St.Kitts on the ferry from Reggae Beach. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Santi was the best server. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable about the menu and wines, and a great sense of humor. Food was all incredible. One thing we appreciated about the restaurant was how the interior decor softened the noise significantly. Made for a great dining experience. We will be back to Puerto Rico just to come here again!

We are big sushi lovers and discovered Piñangó, a hidden gem that we will certainly visit again. It is very small sushi bistro in Caguas, but it is BIG in flavors! We were seated in front of the chef who was very sweet and explained to us all of our questions and informed us of the specials. All of our appetizers looked so good that we tried four of them: dumplings, fried chicken bao buns, fried eggplant, and the hamachi special. Not only did they look great, they tasted spectacular! We also ordered three different sushi rolls (can't remember the names) which were all wonderful. The sushi rolls were very fresh and the chef very creative. My husband and I will definitely be back and we surely inform our friends of this wonderful sushi bistro. Your palate will not be disappointed.

Formidable French menu and great service. Very cozy restaurant. Sommelier Reynaldo was very knowledgeable and Chef Chaymol charming as he stopped to meet us at the table. My wife and I were celebrating our Anniversary and greatly enjoyed dinner. Definitely will like to return.

Outstanding experience! If you want something completely different and elevated on the island this is it. The food was unbelievable, so many flavors. Chef was fantastic about plating it before you and explaining it. The service was top notch. All in all not something you experience everyday. Kudos!
