El Uli's Restaurant es una institución en White Rock. El restaurante, inaugurado en 1986 por Uli Blume, fue uno de los primeros restaurantes situados frente al mar en White Rock y se convirtió rápidamente en uno de los favoritos de los locales por sus deliciosos platillos y su ambiente agradable. Tyson, el hijo de Uli, tomó el relevo de su padre y se encargó del establecimiento a partir de 2008. Comenzó a ofrecer un lugar divertido y relajado frente al mar en White Rock, donde los visitantes pueden disfrutar de un ambiente animado, impresionantes vistas al mar, platillos refrescantes y sencillos, una extensa carta de cervezas internacionales y una variada selección de vinos. La chef, Jennie Silk, también sorprende positivamente a los locales, ya que sirve un menú impecable centrado en los sabores de la zona.

ELEM is a new restaurant and cocktail lab on Main + 5th.

Guests can expect to indulge in Top Chef Canada alum Mayekar’s bold cooking, featuring creative flavour-packed dishes that highlight the unique spices from cuisines around the world with local ingredients, alongside Winnie Sun’s inventive, element-inspired and sustainability-driven cocktails.

ELEM’s food menu is an exploration of flavours and spices from all corners of the world, including Bangkok, California, Spain, Mexico, Italy, and Mumbai – all inspired by Mayekar’s extensive travels and Indian heritage. There will also be a big focus on local BC-grown ingredients.

The 2,946 square foot, 76-seat space was designed by Vancouver-based Marko Simcich Architect and features three dining spaces and an open window into the kitchen to see the chefs at work.

El Table Nineteen Lakeside Eatery ofrece un fascinante lugar para comer y descansar en la estación de montaña nº 1 de América del Norte. El club social tiene el mejor patio de Whistler, con vistas al campo de golf y al Lago Verde, un salón con elementos de piedra, y un salón con chimenea y ambiente informal. El chef Eric Gilchrist utiliza los productos más frescos de las granjas, los mares y los bosques del país para preparar excelentes ensaladas, riquísimas hamburguesas, platillos de charcutería para compartir, y entradas abundantes. Los precios de la cerveza (5,50 USD la pinta) y el vino (6 USD la copa) son los mejores de Whistler, y todos los días hay carta de bebidas creativas.

Excelente restaurante con una vista increíble en esta época del año. Muy buen servicio, todo el tiempo están pendiente de que no te haga falta nada y con un excelente trato. Los alimentos de igual manera sensacionales.
