El menú con platillos dulces y salados de este concurrido local, abierto para desayunos, brunchs y almuerzos, satisface los paladares de los habitantes de Columbia Británica desde 1975. Si llega con hambre, pida el pannekoek holandés de la casa, que sabe parecido al hot cake estadounidense pero es un poco más grueso que una crepa. Dato curioso: el gran pannekoek puede dividirse en 113 cuadrados de 2 cm² cada uno. Hay varios tipos de esta copiosa comida, como The Canadian, que incluye bacon, huevos, tomates y sirope de arce, o The Trail Mix, que consta de una mezcla de frutos secos, miel y manzanas asadas con canela. El Burrard Landing, ubicado en el centro de convenciones West, ofrece vistas espectaculares al parque Stanley y a la zona de North Shore.

Eagle’s Eye Restaurant is temporarily closed for the summer season as we make repairs to our gondola. While we’re working on getting back up and running, we’ll keep you updated on our reopening plans via our website and social media platforms.

When we reopen, guests will enjoy a 15–20 minute gondola ride to the Summit of Kicking Horse Mountain, where breathtaking views of the Rocky, Purcell, and Selkirk Mountain ranges await. Our mountain-inspired cuisine, paired with Canadian wines and artisan beers, will be ready for you to enjoy.

Fantástico sitio para disfrutar de una cena en un sitio con unas vistas del Río frazer excelentes mientras comes tranquilamente en la terraza. Buena comida, buen ambiente con música en directo. Totalmente recomendable.
