Si llega con hambre, pida el pannekoek holandés de la casa, que sabe parecido al hot cake estadounidense pero es un poco más grueso que una crepa. Dato curioso: el gran pannekoek puede dividirse en 113 cuadrados de 2 cm² cada uno. Hay varios tipos de esta copiosa comida, como The Canadian, que incluye bacon, huevos, tomates y sirope de arce, o The Trail Mix, que consta de una mezcla de frutos secos, miel y manzanas asadas con canela.
