El Shaya es un restaurante innovador con un enfoque cálido y acogedor de la cultura culinaria inspirado en la educación israelí del chef Alon Shaya. El Chef Alon considera la comida israelí moderna como un gran mosaico con influencias del norte de África, de Oriente Medio, de Europa del Este, de Turquía y de Grecia. El menú del Shaya refleja la evolución continua de la comida israelí y celebra la abundancia de Louisiana y la estrecha relación de Alon con los agricultores locales, originada a través de su trabajo continuo con el mercado de agricultores de Crescent City. En línea con los valores de todos los restaurantes Besh, el Shaya utiliza ingredientes de temporada, responsables y de origen local. Dakar NOLA is a modern Senegalese tasting menu restaurant. The menu is inspired by Chef Serigne Mbaye’s most cherished memories of his childhood in Dakar, Senegal.
Dinner at Dakar NOLA features a pescatarian tasting menu with some dishes served family-style.
We are a reservations only concept open Tuesday through Saturday and our dinner experience lasts 2.5 hours.
Our menu changes often and is mostly dairy and gluten-free.
Reservations are open 42 days at a time with a new period opening at 10 am central time.
We are unable to accommodate the following allergies: Fin fish, soy, shellfish aroma/fumes, allium, honey
**We can accommodate shellfish allergy and peanut if noted in the reservation.
We can NOT accommodate a Vegan diet or a vegetarian that does not eat food cooked in seafood broth.
We are able to accommodate a gluten intolerance/allergy
In order to minimize disruptions to the kitchen, late arrivals will be served the current course being served

Alma means soul in Spanish. The menu showcases Chef Melissa Araujo's Honduran heritage and takes each guest on a journey through food and culture. The Soul has many stories to tell; Alma's tale is shared through it's dining experience. From Pollo Chuco, to Bloody Mary's and avocado toast, Alma offers an extensive array of dishes focusing on Honduran Food.

Chef Araujo’s Father was Born in La Ceiba, Honduras and her memories of her childhood are centered around this particular view of the city. The mountains in the back, the ocean, the cool air in my face, my best memories were made in this city. Alma has given me the opportunity to recreate these memories and share them with our guests.
