We ordered 3 Ruth's classics: two 6oz Filets, ordered medium, and Shrimps; and a 16oz ribeye, med-rare.
One of Filets was cooked to medium but really cold in the center and the other filet was completely raw. The ribeye appeared to be cooked right but was really dry after a couple bites. Lastly, the women's restroom did not accommodate families with babies because there weren't any changing tables. It took 2 people to change the babies diaper on a chair.

Small issue with under-cooked steak. Very common with thick Filet, but it was taken care of immediately, with management continuously assuring us and checking in. Disappointed in the changes over the years in vegetable offerings at Ruth's. Loved the onion rings, and the occasional option for beans. Jose was an excellent server, and his co-server Michael took great care of us as a team.

70th birthday party
A fire alarm went off the entire time we were in the restaurant.
Went there for valentines dinner and everything was beyond amazing! The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the food was to die for! I honestly can’t wait to go back
Great service, had a fun time with my date. The fire alarm was going off for about 5 minutes but the manager addressed every table and explained that it was the apts above and that it happened 3x on Super Bowl Sunday😂 all good here

The ribeye was fatty and terrible for $66. Outback a better quality of meat. Used to be delicious but your food quality has really gone down.

We had a tight time slot due to a show. Staff was excellent and timing was perfect as was the food!
Had a great dining experience tonight, went there to celebrate my girlfriends birthday. Our server Leslie was very attentive, was knowledgeable on the food and wine. The atmosphere was fantastic. The bone in NY strip was absolutely amazing I loved the fact that our server split the strip for us. Very elegant.

I had an issue with the service even though a left a reasonable gratuity. My party of 4 had to ask for water, bread and to order.
Food was good. Staff was very polite and friendly. My only gripe. We at the first loaf of bread that was given to us, not hard to do when you haven’t eaten all day and your reservations were at 5. The second loaf that came out was cold in the middle... like refrigerator cold. Also reservations were at 5, I know they don’t open until 5, but no one was being seated. I didn’t understand the problem? I guess maybe tables weren’t set. I know that we got seated at least 10 minutes after the reservation time. The bar diners were getting menus and beverages, I don’t know what the problem was with the dining room seating. Seemed unorganized. But overall was a good experience. We usually dine at the DTC location, I didn’t realize I had made reservations at the Downtown location🤣

We had to send three out of the five steaks back because they were raw. We ordered Medium. Took a long time for our meal to arrive. The waiter did his best. Kitchen staff obviously needs to be replaced. Will never go to this location again.
The last thing we want is for our guests to leave feeling disappointed. It was really good food.
Although service was excellent it didn’t overcome the kid running around the next table or the less then stellar quality of the steak.
Fine dining at its best
We were seated promptly, and after an appropriate interval with our cocktails, the waiter took our order, and all four courses were served with impeccable timing. The steak was simply perfect. I would recommend the porterhouse, which would usually require a visit to a specialty butcher, and which I find tricky to prepare at home, as it's half filet, half New York strip. Although it's a hundred-dollar steak, you get 40 ounces of meat, which is a better value than having 2 or 3 diners ordering their own filets. And at Ruth's, the New York strip side is every bit as good as the filet side. Bon appetit.
I made the mistake of dining here on Christmas Day. I was seated at 7:30. My salad arrived at my table at 8:40. Two minutes later, my steak arrived. The steak was very under cooked, and part of it was inedible. To top it all off, I was told they had run out of the dessert my meal was supposed to come with. I was offered a bowl of vanilla ice cream. Since I’m not an 8 year old child, I declined. This was my first, and definitely my last time dining here.
