Food was not great compared to other local steak houses. Our filet which was ordered as medium was pretty rare compare to our porterhouse for two which was a little overcooked.
We were put in a side room which wasnt that nice and pretty cold. When walking into the side room you could tell a significant difference in temp. Though we had a wonderful experience at a Ruth’s in the NY area, there are a number of other places Id recommend over this place.

The wedge salad was excellent! The bar area was very comfortable. The rest of the food was average. In this day of COVID, it was really disconcerting to have the sommelier/server hold the open bottle of wine up to his nose, twice!
Had a great time celebrating our anniversary - the team there made it special with extra decorations on the table and a complimentary dessert. Food was delicious and the service was excellent.
Leslie, our server, and his team were great. We were greeted right away and the host and wait staff were courteous and attentive. We had not been to this Denver downtown location yet and were happy they had an opening for us tonight. We were specially grateful that the restaurant had kid friendly options as we typically do not bring our kids to this kind of place and didn't expect a kid menu. The staff was also super accommodating and friendly.
The Ruth's Chris attention to detail both in service and in culinary delivery - every single time - is what keeps us coming back for special events years after year!
The steak was burnt and the lobster tough and hard to cut thru with a steak knife! Service was slow but understandable given the times and it was a Saturday night. But to have the food come out and an $81 surf and turf be like a brick was unacceptable. I usually take customers for lunches and dinners in my sales career and suggested this to friends but cannot stand by that suggestion in the future.
First, we are huge fans of RCSH! We have frequent RCSH in many different cities including Cabo San Lucas. Which, probably, spoils us based on how many times we go there in a year. However, this particular location in Denver exhibited no classic traits that other locations possess. Including the acknowledgement of our Anniversary which we made clear during the reservation process - no mention of it or dessert with our occasion celebrated in chocolate on the plate. The steak was over cooked which, when we sent back, the waiter broke out a pink pad with “recook ticket” at the top and filled out right in front of us. For the money and experience we expect from RCSH, we don’t need to know what is going on behind the scenes. We felt as if we were getting someone in trouble for asking for our steak cooked the way we wanted it. Then when I asked at the end for a comment card, no one could find one. I wanted to help with constructive feedback. So here we are. I hope someone can help get the Denver location back on track so we can come back. There really is no good steak places left in downtown Denver. Good luck Team.
Food was delicious! Service was good. There was a 4 or 5 year old a few tables away that made the experience some what unpleasant. He was screaming and yelling several times. For the price of food and experience, I would have preferred a different environment. I know the restaurant can’t help who books, but it would have been nice for someone to have said something or offered a change of tables. First time here. Not sure we will be back.
It was amazing!!! Everything was delicious! The waiter was super friendly without being annoying. Everything was well worth the money. The steak melted in your mouth!!! Fantastic
Our waiter J.T (Josh) was amazing, he was very attentive, gave us some sauces to try, and sent us home with some desert to top our experience. We love the steaks there, place is worth the money. Have If great service was the icing on the cake…
It was an off night for a normally excellent restaurant. Apparently they were running low on many of their offerings. Four of the items that we ordered were unavailable this night. They were the shrimp for shrimp cocktail, their chop salad, the wine that they offered as their special pour of the evening, and finally whipped cream for their coffee drinks. Not a stellar showing for an establishment that we normally enjoy very much. We will still return in the future as they are still a favorite but we will remember not to go on Sunday evenings.

Service was great. Steak was very fatty and cover cooked. Sides were cold. The happy birthday on the dessert plate was a nice touch as was the confetti on the table.

Anniversary dinner. My wife and I last had been to Ruth Chris 21yrs ago when we got married in Las Vegas. We were in Denver and decided to go out a celebrate. Absolutely glad we did. The service could not have possible been better. Everyone one on the staff was amazing. The only thing outshining the staff was the food! Excellent.
Steaks were fair, sides ok. Not worth the price, I feel it is just pricing off past history and much of the quality has been sacrificed. Sadly, there are other non chain steakhouses equally or even lesser priced that are far superior.
I sat at the bar and both waiters were very fast and efficient. The steak was perfectly cooked. The creamed spinach was a little soupy but good normally it is very thick and firm.
Dinner was perfect. Our server Aurora was amazing!

Food was fantastic but I didn’t expect the “sticker” shock. I didn’t like how everything is alacart especially for the price you pay for it. Luckily, they had something where you pay one price for your appetizer, your main meal, sides and desert but you’re limited with only a couple of options. The service was superb, very attentive in making sure our needs were met. We did enjoy our time while there.
We love the steaks and sides at Ruth's Chris. My husband enjoyed the ribeye and I had the petite filet Oscar style. We shared the lobster mac and cheese which was enough for four people so we had leftovers. I won't order the calamari again. We love calamari from other restaurants but this was mostly soggy breading that was overcooked. I would say it was 50% calamari and 50% soggy breading chunks mixed in with the actual calamari. It was disappointed especially at that price and at such a great restaurant. The crème brulee was fresh and great topped with fresh berries.
Had a wonderful dinner visiting with my cousin in Denver. We had delicious appetizers, salad and main course. The food was amazing and service was spot on. My next visit I will definitely visit Ruth Chris in Denver CO.
We have come here for years. We stay across the street so it’s very convenient. We have never had a complaint about anything. Great food! Great service! Everything is Devine!
This location has really gone downhill. The food was good and our server, Dallas, was great as was John, who kept our water glasses full and table clean of used dishes. The kitchen was slow, but understand staff is hard to get these days. The most disappointing thing was the ambiance. Tshirts, shorts and sneakers are apparently acceptable now, and loud, foul-mouthed patrons seated nearby were tolerated by the manager. The manager never stopped by to apologize for our entree taking forever to come out.
This used to be a nice place to go for a special occasion, but now it just seems like any other average restaurant, but far more expensive than the average
Too many other great restaurants in Denver to waste time amd money here again.
Our server was amazing and prompt and very nice. The hostess was very kind as well.

I was there on a special occasion, celebrating my nephews and his girlfriend‘s graduation and move to Denver. My plan was to spare no expense we ordered three of the top steaks I myself having the tomahawk. For an appetizer I ordered the calamari and was told that they were out not a big deal I went with the tuna tartare to share. Now we were not dressed to the nines however we were dressed appropriately for the occasion. I believe once our server approached us we may have been looked down upon as not probably going to order much and or tip well. We all ordered our top shelf drinks and placed our extremely large order. Our drinks took a long while get to us our appetizer never showed and I’ll server never checked on us during our initial drinks. our dinner Was served and I had to remind our server that our appetizer never showed and that due to the time to cancel our appetizer the server came back 10 minutes later to check on the meal Without checking our drink status I had to remind him that we had drinks and that we would also like to order additional drinks a free drink was given to me another 10minutes Later the drink that I order arrived. Expedient service to a table whos Bill was close to $400 was not a top priority. a house manager happen to come by to check on our meal and I had to let them know That my $130 tomahawk steak was way over cooked. He immediately apologized look at the stake and stated he was going to take $25 off the steak He did offer to re-cook however do to the time did not make any sense. I expected from my previous business at this restaurant chain That the service would be top notch that is why I chose it . I myself was disappointed my Nephew and his girlfriend had never been to the restaurant so they didn’t know any better. A nice tip was still left for the server hopefully to catch a eye Hoping to educate never to judge if that was the case the tip was around 80$. Although not deserved.
The quality of the steaks aren’t what they use to be. Lots of fat and over cooked. My husband got the strip and I got the filet. Service was very good,very speedy.

Our server was very busy working a 5-top who had purchased more expensive wine then what our lowly 2-tip ordered. No bussers or server assistances were on the floor. Needless to say the Service was a joke. I would have said something to the manager but it appeared that there was not one working this Saturday night.
Ordered the asparagus and it came out like crudité. When I asked the server to have it cooked more he rolled his eyes and snapped it off the table. When it came back it appeared as if it was microwaved , it was discolored and tough. When I flagged the server down again I told him that the asparagus was now tough…his response was a classic “Well, you shouldn’t order asparagus when it’s out of season”. Well, if it’s not in season and of poor quality don’t put it on the menu!
We were never offered desert or a after dinner drink. What a joke for a $206 dinner check.

We were seated by the Bar and exterior Window View of the busy sidewalk traffic, So we ate our meal while watching homeless eat garbage out of city garbage cans, horrible experience, but that is what Denver has turned into.
