The server, Ryan, was a gem. Great recommandations and we were attended to very often, without being annoying.
They were short staffed because of Covid, so they stuck our party of 7 at a high top in the bar. Took an hour to just get our salads. Had to let the waitress know we were now on a time crunch to go to the theater. The steaks were only average as were the sides. Been here before and it was really nice, not so much this time. Since I had to confirm for this restaurant, it would’ve been nice if they would’ve confirmed they were short staffed, considering the amount of money we spent.

Service was excellent, from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Katarina was great and provided excellent service. I was a bit underwhelmed with the cut of beef I received. The bone in filet was alright, not as good as I had hoped for it to be for the price paid. My friend got the stuffed chicken and absolutely loved it.

Food and service was excellent. Wade and Ryan were attentive: Atmosphere was too quiet. I don’t want to hear the conversations of the tables next to me or feel like I have to whisper.

As always, the food was fantastic. The spicy shrimp were sublime and the steaks and sides were top-notch. However, we were seated in the bar rather than the dining area proper and had to contend with a small gathering of loud and increasingly inebriated young folk who grew in number through the course of the evening, but that is incidental and in no way reflects the restaurant. Next time, however, we will request a dining room table.
There will be a next time, of course. That shrimp is just the best.
The staff very professional food was divine love the experience every time we go.
Server only came by once. Empty plates sat on The table most of the meal. After 40 minutes food came out over cooked. Had to wait additional 20 minutes for the food to come out under cooked. The restaurant was not full or busy. Not impressed, only thing about it that felt like fine dining was the atmosphere. Food and service was crap.

Christmas Eve - The lobster bisque was only warm, but very tasty. Everything else was great! Steaks were fantastic, Dallas, our server was great. The food runners/bus people could use more training as delivery was a little rough - reaching for plates across guests, setting silverware down upside down etc. But we will definitely be back and the tough edges will likely be smoothed out with a little time. We loved the pre fixe menu too!
We had quite a time with our server. The manager was very kind and let us know they were training new cooking staff and made some changes to the bill. The food is usually always amazing and the service as well. We will go back for sure but just be as specific as possible when it comes to ordering.
The manager spent 5 minutes explaining to the host how someone “screwed up” on our seating and painstakingly explained to her how he was going to fix it. Just seat us and then come back and explain it to the host. Our server was sat with a large party of 10-12 about 10 minutes after we got there, and we didn’t see him again until halfway through our meal. We needed drinks and the two people we asked for help getting drinks said “I’m not your server. I’ll tell him to come over.” Maybe 10 tables sat in the whole place and no one could help us get drinks. Never saw the manager again. The food was predictably Ruth’s Chris, so at least that was good! But for $400+ for us and our 3 kids, the service was SO disappointing. We will pick somewhere else next time we’re downtown.
Service was Very Good! Arrived early for Anniversary Dinner & were seated immediately with special attention.

Service was slow. Bathrooms were disgusting. There were girls in bathroom doing drugs. One gentleman kept wandering aimlessly in the dining area on his phone. This USED to be an upscale place. The food was great. Because of the atmosphere I will not return.

The ambiance overall was nice. For a party of seven we could’ve had better seating with more space. We were seated in the center of the front of the dining area by the bar. We very limited space. The food was descent when we finally got it. We waited for a hour before we actually got our food. There were lip stains on the glass that given to me with my drink. Overall is was okay.
The service was excellent. My son ordered the 16 oz ribeye and it was superb. I ordered the small filet with shrimp from the fixed price meal and it was poor. I had the same small filet order at Ruth Chris in Boston 3 weeks previously and it was wonderful. In Denver the filet was big and thin and was uninspiring. In Boston the filet was cut from the small end of the filet so it was small and thick and it was delicious. Beware of the dimensions if you order the small filet. The Caesar salad, creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, crème brûlée and cheesecake were all excellent.

Food was not great compared to other local steak houses. Our filet which was ordered as medium was pretty rare compare to our porterhouse for two which was a little overcooked.
We were put in a side room which wasnt that nice and pretty cold. When walking into the side room you could tell a significant difference in temp. Though we had a wonderful experience at a Ruth’s in the NY area, there are a number of other places Id recommend over this place.

The wedge salad was excellent! The bar area was very comfortable. The rest of the food was average. In this day of COVID, it was really disconcerting to have the sommelier/server hold the open bottle of wine up to his nose, twice!
Had a great time celebrating our anniversary - the team there made it special with extra decorations on the table and a complimentary dessert. Food was delicious and the service was excellent.
Leslie, our server, and his team were great. We were greeted right away and the host and wait staff were courteous and attentive. We had not been to this Denver downtown location yet and were happy they had an opening for us tonight. We were specially grateful that the restaurant had kid friendly options as we typically do not bring our kids to this kind of place and didn't expect a kid menu. The staff was also super accommodating and friendly.

The steak was burnt and the lobster tough and hard to cut thru with a steak knife! Service was slow but understandable given the times and it was a Saturday night. But to have the food come out and an $81 surf and turf be like a brick was unacceptable. I usually take customers for lunches and dinners in my sales career and suggested this to friends but cannot stand by that suggestion in the future.
First, we are huge fans of RCSH! We have frequent RCSH in many different cities including Cabo San Lucas. Which, probably, spoils us based on how many times we go there in a year. However, this particular location in Denver exhibited no classic traits that other locations possess. Including the acknowledgement of our Anniversary which we made clear during the reservation process - no mention of it or dessert with our occasion celebrated in chocolate on the plate. The steak was over cooked which, when we sent back, the waiter broke out a pink pad with “recook ticket” at the top and filled out right in front of us. For the money and experience we expect from RCSH, we don’t need to know what is going on behind the scenes. We felt as if we were getting someone in trouble for asking for our steak cooked the way we wanted it. Then when I asked at the end for a comment card, no one could find one. I wanted to help with constructive feedback. So here we are. I hope someone can help get the Denver location back on track so we can come back. There really is no good steak places left in downtown Denver. Good luck Team.
