The food here was pretty good and we definitely left stuffed. The service was great, the waiters brought each selection very quickly and I almost felt like I was in a race eating my food!

The Gaucho's are always great. They try their best to get you the temp of meat you want. The server's, not so great. We actually had to flag down the manager. just to get an ice tea, that our server was way too busy to get, while she was getting drinks for two other tables. They just started serving bacon wrapped beef. It was good, but if they used the salty tri tip, or the garlic beef for that, it would be so much better.

We were expecting a spectacular experience, especially being a holiday weekend. But when we arrived, we were surprised to see the restaurant nearly empty and even so, the service was less than expected. Our server was very friendly and courteous but we had to wait for drinks and other service items longer than would have been expected for an upscale restaurant like Rodizio. The meat selection also seemed to be lacking, with long gaps between the meat courses and several of the selections ending up to be very average. Overall, we probably wouldn't rush back, but the location is very unique and the concept is solid, just wish we would have had a better experience from a food and service perspective.

The meats were plentiful, but not as good as I've had at other brazilian steakhouses. My table had to wait a while for many of the options to come by - I had an empty plate for most of my dinner. It ended up taking a while to eat. Given the length of time I was sitting, there were at least 3 options I only saw once. There was a large group of around 20 near us. I observed an item I wanted go to their table full, that came out completely empty, or all that was left was fat and gristle. One of those items I never saw again. They didn't do a great job of 1) making sure our table got to try a little bit of everything (saw the grilled pineapple 12 times though), and 2) they didn't do a good job of picking up where they left off with options.

For the type of ambiance and decor, a salad bar, the limited wait service (other than the bringing of meat), and quality of food, this restaurant is really, really overpriced. The wine list is apparently rarely used (we had to ask for it), it took a long time to receive the bottle (got it after our appetizer), server had never opened a bottle of wine, it was very expensive. The decor (tables, spacing, chairs) is completely incongruous with the pricing. My husband I had two fixed price dinners (which is the standard there) and a bottle of wine - with a standard tip, the bill was $130. The way the meat is served was fine, and it was pretty good, but everything else was sub-par, especially for the price.

Good friendly service and good food. Atmosphere not so good and not "inviting". If looking for that, better go to another restaurant. Observed people (customers) at the salad bar with sleeveless shirt,

I love Brazilian grills and have been to many. Fogo De Chao outclasses Rodizio in every way. From the wine list, to the service, to the selection of meat, to the salad bar. The only thing that Rodizio does better is price, but you get what you pay for. We have not been to Rodizio since Fogo De Chao opened up, and we will never go again. We started going to Rodizio shortly after they opened in the mid 90's in Denver..

We went for Fathers day and had an overall good experience. The service was amazing in the beginning, and started to slow as our server got busier. The food was good, lots of just beef....not cooked a lot of different ways. I have been there before with more meat selections.
