We had a huge party of about 25, during a very busy Happy Hour on a Friday, and they did a fantastic job of taking care of us. The food was delicious, and the happy hour deals were great. I'll be back! (Or, in my best Arnold voice, "All be bock.")

Our server was phenomenal and exceptional. Food was ok. When we got our check to pay, I noticed the Employee Wellness Fee and was told this $3 goes towards Employees sick pay. Never disclosed and informed until I noticed the extra fee on check. This fee should have been at least disclosed or given as an option. I would have rather given $3 as tip to the server which I told her. I would not go back knowing there is an Employee Wellness Fee that as a paying customer has to pay for their employees sick pay.

Transparency to our guests is important to us which is why information about our employee wellness fee is posted at the front door as you walk into our restaurant. Unfortunately, you were given the wrong information about what our wellness fee is for. It does not go to employee sick pay. At FRG, we are proud to offer high wages for the high cost of living in Denver. To support our chefs, you will see a 3% Wellness fee on the receipt. This does not go toward employee sick pay or tipped employees. We hope that you understand and support our efforts to ensure our staff are able to balance their work and personal life. Blue is always great sushi, our favorite place to go, for happy hour especially. It was easy to get a table last minute in a Friday night, but the service was a little slower than usual. We were sat at a booth in the bar and the bartender was our server so it took a while to get our drinks or food as she was also serving the bar top customers as well. Overall, we still had a great time and everything was delicious

We do feel like our pricing is consistent with the market, but we hope the economy will allow us to offer lower prices sooner rather than later. Great place for sushi. Got three different sushi rolls, edamame, and brussels sprouts. All of them were really good.

Birthday was not acknowledged by server, she came around once to ask about another round of drinks within the over 1.5 hours we were there. Food was decent.
