   Always love La Fonda for its beautiful setting. We brought a friend and were seated. Service was prompt. The food was sub par. We were very disappointed. Scallops were flavorless and had a strange texture and vegetables were cooked unevenly. The rellenos were soggy and poorly fried.

   This historic hotel and restaurant never fail to impress with great food and service. We dined here for my birthday and enjoyed steak and frites and dulce de leche cake for dessert.

   Everything was great. The Maitre D’ was flippant with a smirk on his face as we were delayed being seated at our allotted time.

   Servers were prompt, friendly and efficient. My sea bass was prepared to perfection. My wife greatly enjoyed the chicken schnitzel, also well prepared
