Columbia, el restaurante más antiguo de Florida, fue fundado en la histórica zona de Ybor City en 1905. Es un establecimiento de propiedad familiar y lleva en funcionamiento desde hace 111 años.     Dance show was better than I thought it would be. Salad was good. Going back for the paella.

    We are never disappointed at Columbia. The food and drinks are great. I always try something different, We even make the Sangria at home. Everyone from the Bartenders, Server and Manager we were friendly and attentive. In fact, the manager stopped twice at our table to chat and make sure all of our needs we met. Cannot wait for our next visit!!!!

    As always a great experience. Sangria and tapas was our choice this night. The bread pudding was absolutely amazing!

    Another wonderful dinner at my favorite Tampa restaurant. Brought a friend who has never been there before, and he loved it, as well.

    Got there a couple of minutes early, they would not take us until exactly the moment of our reservation time, which is fine enough. The restaurant is really pretty, very old and interesting looking. Service was excellent. They have a nice menu, lots of interesting soups and appetizers, sandwiches and larger entrées as well l. We had chicken croquettes and garlic shrimp appetizers, both were very good. for our entrées, one of us had a chicken and rice one had a chicken chunks with a mushroom peppers and onions sauce also with rice and then one of us had a paella. Honestly none of them were particularly exciting or particularly tasty. The paella in particular was pretty disappointing. It lacked flavor and spice, whatever flavor was in there was kind of fishy tasting, and it was just the same kind of yellow rice that our two chicken dishes had, which honestly just tasted like yellow rice from a box…very very bland.  definitely needed more chorizo and it needed some crust to the rice. The whole dish was kind of mushy. The best part of the meal was the desserts. There was a special of the day cheesecake which was tasty and their bread pudding is honestly very very good.  but for $45 a person (no alcohol) honestly, I would say not worth it.

    We eat at the Columbia once or twice a month. Service has always been fantastic even when they are super busy. Always nice to see a well oiled restaurant in action. Thank you for your consistent service to our community .
