Dry chicken, not enough blood oranges in the blood orange salad... oddly cafeteria-style decor, meaning bland with a low ceiling. Just kinda odd. It would be perfect for displaying an array of posters from prior performances, dating back to 1908. Our waiter was terrific. She was friendly and knowledgeable.

This place needs to hire more staff for the pre-theater dining crowd. Our drinks took over 20 minutes to arrive and they always seem so surprised by the rush just before shows. The ambience is lacking. The convenience keeps the place open.

Great place before a show at the DCPA. My only complaint was all the cocktails were $18. This seems pretty pricey, considering the entrees the $20-30.

Short ribs were really good. Duck was amazing (portion could've been bigger). Brocollini was…not my favorite. it was OK. Brussel Sprouts were great. Service was fantastic.

Food was mid and cold. selection was very limited and unimpressive great option for parking and seeing a show. However the restaurant was unfortunately not great. Service was non existent. Maybe drinks before a show is the way to go.

We ate here just before attending a show at the Buell Theater. We split a light citrus summer salad and short rib with polenta, side of carrots. Perfect for light fare before a show. We topped it off with a creme brûlée, with a sprinkling of raspberries. We order champagne for intermission. Intermission came, walked across to grab our champagne, no lines and back in our seats w/out any stress. Will go again.

Slow service, over salted brussel sprouts, a salad with no flavor, and a watermelon gazpacho soup that was overwhelmingly spicy. The key lime cheesecake was delicious, as were the cocktails, but the meal was less than satisfying.

Very mediocre all the way around The main benefit is its 10 yards from the Buell they're main entrance They're excuse for poor service and average quality food was they are closing for 2 weeks as no shows for two weeks so Didnt replenish their inventory but Id only go here if you want the most convenient place to eat before a show and you're ok with mediocre food and service

We go before every matinee performance at the DCPA. Haven't had a "poor" experience yet. Their cocktail menu is such fun and always makes the decision tough. Our theater "go-to"
