   Chef Jose and his wonderful team have created a delightful restaurant with a casually relaxed vibe. The dining experience, complimented by terrific acoustic guitarists that are never too loud to disturb your conversation is sublime. We enjoyed everything so very much. DO NOT MISS the Beet and Burrata salad - including the "edible dirt" that Chef Jose blends himself of brown sugar, coffee, anise and fennel that gives the salad a special twist. Both the tuna and chicken dishes were top notch. Carrot cake from heaven rounds out a fabulous meal. Marcus and Paul were both thoughtful and attentive servers. This was our first visit and we will be back! Geronimo has a new competitor in Santa Fe that no one should miss.

   My wife and I celebrated our 55th wedding anniversary dinner together last night. We were greeted with complimentary glasses of quality French champagne, which we enjoyed tremendously. The Caesar salad was fresh and enclosed within a Parmesan cracker crib. Amazing. My wife raved over her pan-seared salmon in caper lemon vinaigrette with an array of tender veggies. I love ossobuco, but my “Lamb Tagine”was out of this world — a heavenly tender slow-braised Colorado leg of Lamb, sharing an enormous bowl with Moroccan Couscous, Apricots, Prunes, Chickpeas, Zucchini, and tender Carrots, served with Pita Bread, accompanied by a glass of hearty Spanish red wine. We love coming to Santa Fe, and under new Spanish Latinx ownership this will always be a part of our dining experience on future visits.

   Far and away the best dining experience of the weekend. The chef is extremely talented and the food showed it. Very artistic presentation and just phenomenal flavors. Do not miss the prosciutto salad or the coconut dessert served in a real coconut shell. I really appreciated that they had a broad selection of well curated wines in the $40-60 bottle price. My only desire was a white dessert wine like a late harvest Riesling or Sauterne or Ice wine or perhaps a PX.

   Beautifully presented food! Appreciated the opportunity to have a sip of wine before choosing. On the expensive side. Wonderful server! Lovely setting. Parking was a little challenging.

   Our dining experiene was pleasant, and the appetizers and deserts were good, but I had the pork entree, and it was seriously overcooked and very dry. The portion was large, and the presentation was interesting, but I regret having ordered it.

   The food was excellent. This little restaurant deserves a higher rating. Live acoustic guitar was a very nice touch.

   This was our first time back since this marvelous little restaurant changed management and regained it’s liquor license, so I was a little weary. Well not only has TerraCotta Wine Bristo maintained its charm and attentive service but it’s gone to the next level with it’s food. All I can say was the food was an amazing culinary experience. I only wish I had taken a picture of my salad & entree because the presentation was so unique. We also had the pleasure of being entertained by the beautiful guitar music of Daren Savage (who usually only plays Monday nights). My wife and our friends all said what a wonderful dinning experience this was. I personally thanked Chef Jose and told him we would be back soon.
