Jovanina’s offers a fresh, modern take on Italian cuisine sourcing the best local and regional ingredients by the season. Handmade pastas and our rustic, wood-fired ovens are the heart of our menu. We provide vibrant, vegetable-forward dishes, seafood, steaks, and chops, presented in a spirited, inviting setting. We pride ourselves on hospitality and consider ourselves amongst the best of Denver when it comes to taking care of our guests. Resterant wins Best decore, Basement is well done,tunnel in the front of the basement is old prohibition tunnel that goes to Union Station. The freestanding table in the main dining room is their old elevator, beautifully done.

Kelly was incredible! She was very attentive and gave fantastic recommendations. I am gluten free and she was knowledgeable about what I was able to have, there are plenty of choices. Looking forward to going back!

The food and ambiance was good but we were sat next to the pizza oven and it was so hot on an extremely hot summer day.

Great experience! Accommodated our large party and delivered on the delicious food. Definitely would recommend if I was dining in Denver. The focaccia in the beginning sold me.

The food at Jovanina’s was fantastic!! But between waiting 20 minutes for cocktails, hardly being able to see in the dark room, and the noisy atmosphere of loud music and everyone trying to talk over the music, I wouldn’t say the whole experience was worth the hefty price tag. Our waitress was nice but seemed a little lost and forgetful, and recommended added granita to the oysters but neglected to mention it cost extra - she just made it sound like it was a fun addition the kitchen was trying out.

This is my favorite restaurant in Denver—it hits right, every single time! Pro tip: ask for the downstairs seating area if available—and if you really want a nice evening for 2, ask about the ‘hidden’ table downstairs! The food is impeccable, the wine and cocktail selections are intentional, the staff are very fun and knowledgeable. The experience will take you through a memorable journey in culinary art, and have you looking for the next opportunity to come back!

Fantastic! I will be back. Brought my parents from out of town while they were visiting. Very accommodating for allergies and delish food with a very cozy and nice atmosphere.
