    The service was great, but a little slow. However, the food was well worth the wait!! It was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! The brussell sprouts are the best I have ever had!!

    Food was served 5 min after our order which is very strange for a restaurant unless they already had the plates ready to go under the hear lamp. Food was good, not extraordinary. Service was spread too thin. We had to call our waitress for service many times. We also had the server bring the wrong item or belonging to another table. I would say the experience was very average!

    It was a quiet afternoon at Yardbird. Totally different feel from what we are used to in Las Vegas. Much slower pace. Food took 35 minutes which is long for YB standards. Overall, food was good. Service was great.

    The food and drinks are always amazing here! We got Steak Frites cooked medium, Luwellyn’s Fine Fried Chicken, crispy Brussels, jalapeño cheddar skillet cornbread, blackberry bourbon lemonade, and key lime pie. We keep coming back for a reason! I wish I could remember our wonderful waitress’s name but she was wonderful, patient, and so helpful. I’ll be back soon for another round.

    We really enjoyed our brunch at Yardbird. The server suggested the cinnamon roll (huge!!) and the BLT so that’s what I got. The BLT was not a sandwich, but fried green tomatoes topped with pimento cheese, lettuce and a piece of pork belly (slightly crispy). It was delicious and just enough food to go with a piece of the cinnamon roll. We also enjoyed the shrimp and grits and some Bloody Mary’s.

    Date nights are the alway the best, especially when we have Nathan serving us at the bar. He takes special care of how to prepare our drinks to our liking. His recommendations always work to our taste buds. He has so far made great suggestions to our entree choices and we plan on coming back to try out the entire menu. Chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, and omg those ribs! Until our next dessert and latte conversation :)

    I had an exceptionally great time. Food was delicious as usual. I just wish they bring back my French onion soup. Once you have it you will understand. The Waiter did exactly as I had requested. He coursed my dining experience without rushing me through. That is my pet peeve. Management greeted us and made sure everyone was taken care of.

    So all the great staff that was there 6 mos ago seems gone. Again we had trouble with a table/booth and I am not going to spend anymore time on it. The restaurant principal partner now knows. They changed the menu and eliminated several good items. We don’t think we will be back because of the menu changes. Unfortunate.

    I’ve dined here before but it’s been a few years at this location. Food was not as good as I remember it from my last visit. I have visited two other locations over the past year (Las Vegas & Dallas) and the food was much better. No issues with service. General issue was with food being too salty. The rotisserie chicken was on the drier side but salty. Menu variety seemed very limited with main entres. Not much fresh and vegan options. Drinks were fine and probably the best part of the meal. Not sure I will return to this location anytime soon.

    The server mentioned they had changed the menus twice in the last month. A lot of menu items were gone as this was my second time here and it was confusing because she said the fried chicken was the specialty but we could only get it with the chicken and waffles. When the chicken came it was too salty, the actual whole piece of chicken was salty inside and out. My crème brûlée waffles were soggy. The best thing I had was the grits. It’s sad because my first time here was excellent and I couldn’t wait to go back, now I won’t go back.

    We had table reservations and decided to stay at the bar. The bartender (forgot his name) was so attentive with our pre-dinner drink choices that we couldn’t say no to sitting there for our night. For us, this was an upscale version of a chicken and waffles entree. Chicken was crispy and fell off so nicely that it paired well with the honey syrup on waffles. The fried green tomato BLT definitely was an appetizer worth ordering again.

    We came here with a group of friends visiting from NYC, I like the fact that they have delicious gluten free options as someone in our group requires gf food, this is aside from their delicious offerings which we thoroughly enjoyed - Great Southern Food offerings and cocktails not mention the amazing service from the YB team! I booked ahead of time using OpenTable and sure enough got the perfect table for our group a nice little quiet corner where enjoyed the night with good food, amazing service and definitely great company - commending Marty also (the manager) for a very thoughtful card signed by the YB team for my birthday.     Food was fairly good and very worth the DineLA deal compared to their regular prices. However, it was pretty understaffed and it took longer than you'd expect to get seated and order, etc. The staff is great tho!

    I hate leaving a poor review of what used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Yet they have truly gone downhill so quickly it's shocking as a regular patron. Turns out their manager has left, perhaps this is the issue. Happy Hour. Offerings of food are paltry. You cannot actually sit at a table to order if you want anything off of this menu (drinks are worthwhile still). You must sit at the bar or go to the bar. Water? Silverware? Not automatically provided. Meanwhile the restaurant is empty with waitstaff. Biscuits ordered- sorry, only two are provided now rather than four per order. No problem except: charged for four on the bill. And the list goes on and on. The food quality and the drink quality still stellar. Asked for the bill, btw, not brought to us. Had to go to bar, ask, saw errors on biscuits, reprinted, signed. Honestly?! For this price point not a chance I would be able to recommend. And, again, I was there when they opened this location because I loved the Vegas one so much and have been a regular happy customer in the past. I was so worried they wouldn't reopen post covid. I should have been worried about what they would look like post covid- they were not as good - happy hour went downhill immediately- but at least still had great food and customer service. And then there was one: food. Not enough.

    Our recent experience at Yardbird was nothing short of disappointing. This was our second attempt to give this establishment a chance, hoping for a better experience compared to our previous visit last year. Unfortunately, it was yet another letdown. The issues began with the staff's inability to provide accurate information, which was reminiscent of our previous visit. Despite our reservations and hopes for a pleasant lunch, the prefixed menu left much to be desired. The most alarming issue was the uncooked salmon served to us. This not only ruined the meal but also immediately upset my stomach, causing discomfort even before we left the premises. Regrettably, we can confidently declare that we will never return to Yardbird. Consistency in providing quality service and food is crucial for any establishment, and it seems Yardbird falls short in this regard. We hope that others may have better experiences, but we cannot recommend this place based on our repeated disappointments.

    Fun vibe, great cocktails and a well designed space. We’ve been a few times and each visit the welcome has been warm and friendly and the service excellent. Don’t miss the chicken & waffles. The pea hummus is unexpectedly delicious. Prix fixe lunch is a good option for a lighter budget.

    I first tried going here when they opened but it was to many dishes with pork bacon! Sine them menu has changed and I was able to enjoy….Server was great! Food was good, green beans were a bit salty for my liking!

    Good food, but not great which made it over priced. Excellent service. Wayyyyyy too noisy—music. I suggest turning the music down so guests can have conversation with ease with each other and their food server. It’s a restaurant not a club.

    Great fried chicken!! Gluten free version was amazing! Cocktails were delicious too and we will definitely come back. This place is high-end comfort food done extremely well!!

    We made reservations and was seated promptly upon arrival. We let the server know this was our first time to this establishment and he courteously explained the specials with details and any additional questions we had. The food was good but nothing to rave about as we had the chicken it was tasty, the fried green tomatoes were tasty just prepared different . They gave you huge portions and all 6 guests enjoyed.

    The fried chicken was not good. The skin was dark brown and flat. LA restaurant is definitely not up the the same standard as the Las Vegas restaurant. The Vegas fried chicken is golden brown, crispy and tasty. Also, my order was brought to my table in less than 10 minutes of placing my order. I don’t think they cooked to order.

    I loved that Yardbird accomodated me, a vegan, and hubby, a meat eater. It is difficult to find places that cater to both. The food was creative and delicious.
