Dinner at Black Cat Farmstead is a unique dining experience! Enjoy a barn patio table or one of our 7 intimate, private garden cabanas with wood stoves, gorgeous views, and a beautiful 4-Course chef tasting menu (dietary restrictions accommodated) created by James Beard nominated chef Eric Skokan at our historic farmstead. Our 500-acre full-scale diversified organic farm supplies the majority of ingredients for your meal; from vegetables & herbs to pork & lamb to grains.

Open Wed-Saturdays. Reservations are required. $155/per person++

For parties over 8 people and private events, email us at events@blackcatboulder.com.

Reservations are released 3 months in advance. We often have tables that are not available online, like a chef's table in the kitchen. Call us at 303-444-5500 if interested. We would love to hear from you about how we can make your evening with us extra special. We look forward to having you join us at the farm.

Dinner is served on our GARDEN PATIO with gorgeous views and protected under the pergola (with another table in our barn ready for you for inclement weather or just a change mid-evening). It is restaurant style seating... not a private cabana and not community seating. You will enjoy four courses, family-style, based on the day's bountiful harvest. Fresh salads and vegetables from the fields, warm sourdough bread from our stone mill and hearth, and heritage pork or lamb roasted over plum wood embers are some of the flavors that await. Wines from our award-winning list, as well as craft beer selections, are available by pre-order delivery.

    Black Cat is an unique dining experience probably best for groups of at least six people. Parties are seated together in individual bungalows/green houses and served family-style on vintage china. The food is exceptional and beautifully presented. My only concern was an uncertainty as to when the meal was truly over. I suggest a server should let diners know what to do at the end of the meal.

    One of the most incredibly magic dining experiences I have ever had. I have traveled all over the world and eaten everywhere from noodles off a long tail boat in Thailand to Michelin Star Restaurants on multiple continents. This is a one of a kind experience that I have never had replicated anywhere else. Eric’s passion for culinary experiences is evident through the entire experience from the arrival, food selections, seating areas, and the service. My whole family felt it was worth every penny and we expect to be back!

    A masterpiece in dining! From the moment you are greeted (cocktail and appetizers) to the final course a treat from their in-house chocolatiers, this is an immersive farm-to-table experience. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Total attention to detail from the award-winning chef and staff. Definitely a unique and amazing experience.

    This is truly a special experience, we're so lucky to have Black Cat Farm in our community. Everything was delicious, the service was amazing. The attention to detail is just impressive. The private cabanas are so well thought out. Their enthusiasm about food is contagious, I love learning about the process and components, makes it all the more delicious. Our anniversary felt all the more special, would highly recommend.
