Renowned chef Tom Brown is set to unveil his highly anticipated new restaurant, Tom Brown at The Capital, opening its doors on 10th April in the heart of Knightsbridge.

Marking a return to the prestigious hotel where he first made a name for himself as Head Chef at Outlaw’s, the intimate 28-cover restaurant will champion Tom’s signature style of clean, creative, and flavour-led dishes with a strong emphasis on seafood.

    "The taste buds are still on fire" 💋 An unforgetable evening and fantastic 9 course Dinner menu with amazing cocktails and wine list🍸 Like an artist showcasing a palette of taste explosions. Curated dish pairings that set your soul on fire. Mussel, apple, kohlrabi ...kicked things off; crab custard and pink grapefruit nearly sent me somewhere I didn't want to return from. And don't get me started on the Bass, courgette, asparagus, lobster sauce.....🦞 Thank you to the wonderful Tom Brown At The Capital Team. The world is yours 🦪 GO immediately.

    Fine dining completed with excellent service. I was with my foody friend for lunch today and had the set lunch 3 courses at £50 each. A glass of prosecco £10 and a glass of white wine, Picpoul £10 were good and reasonably priced. From start to finish we really enjoyed, specially my main course of Cod dish! We were delighted to learn that Chef Tom Brown has returned to the Capital Hotel. We used to dine at the Outlaws's before.

    Inventive take on seafood in refined setting. Favourite dishes are the charcuterie, the cuttlefish raviolo and the crab. Professional and friendly service. The wine list starts reasonably with some interesting wines.

    Food at Tom Brown was simply amazing. 3 course lunch for £50, 6 courses for £75 are such a great value. Some dishes were served by the man himself. Only thing I wasn’t keen on was the back ground music. I will definitely go back.
