Tasty meal with a good choice of dishes and great service

Really excellent food. Came for a birthday dinner, and both of us had absolutely fantastic meals and drinks. Service was attentive and quick, and we left full. Great view as well.

We ate here twice whilst spending a few days in the Oxford area. The food was good and the staff were very friendly. It was very hot whilst we were there and we preferred to eat inside as we felt we would not be bothered too much by flies and wasps. The tables and chairs were rustic but very adequate for a table of four. The car park was perhaps a little on the small side for the numbers being catered for but we always managed to find a space.

It's been a few years since our last visit & clearly the menu has been reduced but the old favourites are still there. Good quality burgers & very tasty. A touch pricey as having to purchase fries separate feels a bit cheeky. Music was a bit too loud but maybe because we were close to one of the speakers. Overall it was a nice evening.
