All of our mains were absolutely delicious, fish and chips, pork belly and sea bass and my son enjoyed his goats cheese tartlet starter. The sea bass and pork belly were relatively small portions, quality not quantity but that suited me. The pub wasn't particularly busy for a Friday evening but it was fairly early on. The staff were friendly and the pub had a warm atmosphere. Some people might be put off by the stuffed wildlife on the wall but it didn't bother us. A bit pricey but most places are these days. We didn't have desserts except they bought a mini dessert with a candle in it as they knew one of us was celebrating a birthday. That was delicious too and a nice touch! Thank you

Once again a very enjoyable Sunday Lunch at The Royal Wallingford, the setting is great and the staff were very attentive, we will be coming back again soon

Was running late, but the publican called me to check that I was still coming and he held the table which was very welcome.

Had a really lovely evening full of fresh flavours and friendliness.

This was our first visit as we gave only just moved locally . Great food , fantastic pub ,great atmosphere
