- OTOpenTable DinerAtlanta Metro •2 reviews5.0Dined todayWe had four entrees all had a unique ingredient for example the meat with mashed potatoes. The chef added homemade chips to the mashed potatoes. The added crunch takes away all the softness of the dish. The Prime rib and filet was prepared to perfection but the star of the evening was the chicken fried tomahawk pork chop. We had several cocktails but our favorites were the smoked old fashioned and peach old fashioned. The staff were very efficient, friendly, and knew their menu items and cocktail menu. If you only have one day in Durango Roost should be at the top of your list for dining option.More infoThe RoostPrice: Moderate• American• Durango•4.8

Discover Durango
Durango, Colorado, is a diverse city where you can sample many types of cuisine, including American comfort food like onion strings and rainbow trout. Durango boasts more restaurants per square mile than San Francisco, and there are several sushi establishments that serve fresh dishes like oyster shooters with quail eggs, shrimp udon, and pad thai with bean sprouts, cilantro, and tamarind. Lodge-style steakhouses with deep wood accents and fireplaces offer comfortable seating and hearty servings of surf and turf, such as bacon-wrapped beef tenderloin medallions, North American cold-water-raised lobster tail, red crabmeat, and giant grilled asparagus with Béarnaise sauce or Alaskan king crab.
