Red Sage also offers a private dining experience for any need. Our smaller Private Dining Room can accommodate 14 guests and our larger room can accommodate 14 to 30 guests. Service (by Breanne) was very good but handicapped by being short-staffed. Cocktails very good; to all wines on menu were available. Food presentations all very good, some dishes were excellent (tomahawk chop, short ribs), other good but not great (salmon). Deserts very good. Ambience good but not as good as you might expect given prices.

Expected excellent food with the prices and ambience of the place…. But sad to say on a scale from 1 to ten I’d have to give it a two and that’s being generous! Save your money and go somewhere else. The server was on par though:)

I visit Red Sage at least once every couple Of months. The staff is great and the food is amazing. Never disappointed!!

Perfect place for dinner our first night in New Mexico. Staff was very friendly and welcoming and food was great.

New menu! So we tried the Wagyu ribeye. Pretty good!! Caesar salad and cornbread to start was nicely done. Brussels sprouts were okay—liked the previous recipe. Efficient service and very friendly.

We have been there several times and had good experiences. This experience was not very good. They have a great wine selection that the wine menu did not reflect. It was missing several pages! Service was rushed! I told the waiter we were not in a hurry. Salad was brought out prior to us finishing our aperitif and appetizers. Then shortly after the main course came out after we just started our salads. Sent them back and told them we wanted them recooked. Come to find out they were not our order and was sent to another table. In the end the steak was excellent!
