We paid $366.00 for our food and left hungry. My son ordered the shrimp for $22.00, and there were only 4 shrimp. We got 4 extra sides, and they only came with 4 carrots on one plate for $8.00 dollars. 4 asparagus on one plate for $8.00 to $12.00 dollars. Also, 2 spears of broccolini for around $8.00 They get u with the sides. It's not right. The brussels spouts were very hard. The service, steak, and pork chop were amazing. I was expecting to spend $200. But not almost $400.00

Need to look a hard at what fine dining operation are. It was like Dennys with nice atmosphere and triple the cost

When they have staff, it is the best service ever, but they never disappoint. I always love eating at The Red Sage.

This was such a nice experience! Our thanksgiving dinner was a hit! I was so full and I couldn’t finish my meal. I had the traditional Thanksgiving dinner and my Mom ordered the Short ribs on a bed of polenta. It was wonderful! We also had the roasted carrots and a crab crack which was delicious. And Squash soup. Perfectly wonderful! Thanks Sage for a wonderful experience and our waiter went out of his way to make sure we were pleased. Thank you, Gabriel!

Thanksgiving feast was awesome. Turkey and sides were delicious. Gabriel was our server. He was attentive and fun to converse with. He spoiled us! Starters, main course, and desert were the best. I walked by the kitchen and applauded them for the great job. Every restaurant should require their STAFF'S to watch "The Bear" on HULU. It is raising the populations expectations of fine dining and may certainly help establishments raise their own bars. Stay ahead of the curve. LOL

Our entire experience at Red Sage was great! We arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes before our reservation and were seated right away. It was my birthday and the two staff members that greeted us gave me a very cheerful "Happy Birthday" Our server Gabriel was great. He came around several times to check how our meal was and if we needed anything. Our meal was delicious! I was treated to a delicious slice of carrot cake by our waiter Gabriel. We really enjoyed our time at the Red Sage and will definitely be returning.

Good food though a bit over priced for amount of food you get. My steak was really good though lacked in size. I realize they want the upscale Hilton service but just came up a bit short.

This was a group dinner for eight. From the wait time to the food quality, it was poor. Meun's selections were slim, and the food was poor. Half of our meals were cooked wrong, and we had to send them back. It was a very disappointing dinner experience. We will not return.
