Our entire experience at Red Sage was great! We arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes before our reservation and were seated right away. It was my birthday and the two staff members that greeted us gave me a very cheerful "Happy Birthday" Our server Gabriel was great. He came around several times to check how our meal was and if we needed anything. Our meal was delicious! I was treated to a delicious slice of carrot cake by our waiter Gabriel. We really enjoyed our time at the Red Sage and will definitely be returning.

Good food though a bit over priced for amount of food you get. My steak was really good though lacked in size. I realize they want the upscale Hilton service but just came up a bit short.

This was a group dinner for eight. From the wait time to the food quality, it was poor. Meun's selections were slim, and the food was poor. Half of our meals were cooked wrong, and we had to send them back. It was a very disappointing dinner experience. We will not return.

Service (by Breanne) was very good but handicapped by being short-staffed. Cocktails very good; to all wines on menu were available. Food presentations all very good, some dishes were excellent (tomahawk chop, short ribs), other good but not great (salmon). Deserts very good. Ambience good but not as good as you might expect given prices.

Expected excellent food with the prices and ambience of the place…. But sad to say on a scale from 1 to ten I’d have to give it a two and that’s being generous! Save your money and go somewhere else. The server was on par though:)

I visit Red Sage at least once every couple Of months. The staff is great and the food is amazing. Never disappointed!!

New menu! So we tried the Wagyu ribeye. Pretty good!! Caesar salad and cornbread to start was nicely done. Brussels sprouts were okay—liked the previous recipe. Efficient service and very friendly.
