Red Sage also offers a private dining experience for any need. Our smaller Private Dining Room can accommodate 14 guests and our larger room can accommodate 14 to 30 guests. Stayed at the Hilton. I wasn’t thrilled with the menu or the value. Advertised as a steak restaurant but only had two subpar options. Not what I was hoping for

$100 meal (without drinks) and no bread available. Service slow due to being short staffed. Steak & Sea Bass delicious but overall experience disappointing.

We had a reservation for 4. Two of the four meals were appetizing. Steak choices were limited and no baked potatoes! The waiter was not very friendly. I will not be back.

Not expecting much, we’re pleasantly surprised by an amazing margarita and fabulous salad and delightful sliders. Our server was attentive but not obtrusive, smiling but not hovering. We went on to a fabulous concert of ABBA, thoroughly satisfied with the entire evening!!
