Menu was changed recently. The service was severely lacking and I am very patient and easy going as I once was a server. We asked our waitress 3 times for water, she would fill one persons but not the other. Our appetizer came out the same time as our dinner and it wasn't fast by any means. This place use to be one of my favorite spots but not so much anymore.

Everything had spice in the items, even those not listed as spicy. The restaurants website says kid friendly which is why we chose to go here after a day at the Muesum. The noise level is good for kids b/c the music is loud but nothing oncthe menu was geared for kids. We had the empanadas from the recommendation of the waiter. He was surprised when a dish of noodles and chicken was crazy spicy.

We were seated next to a table where the patrons were high -- not from alcohol. My friend commented that this was a particular problem in Denver.

Most importantly, why was there multiple pieces of wood in the xo edamame? Waitress was horrible (I feel bad for saying this but...) she didn't seem like she liked being a waitress at all. My water was empty more than half of the time in their. It doesn't help that they have kid sized cups. XO edamame was good but I felt sick from all the salt in it and not sure how much wood we ended up ingesting. We found around 10 pieces. The pork dumpling ($8) came with 4 tiny round dumplings. The salmon poke was almost inedible due to the fact that it was incredibly sour and citrusy and burned my mouth with every bite. I am in no way sensitive to food. We ordered soups an appitizer but it didn't come. After our main dishes were served a spoon was brought. After we finished our main dishes we figured the soup wasn't coming so we asked for it to be canceled and was given a rude look from the waitress and a snoody ok. We won't return.

Food was great. Our waitress acted like it was an inconvenience to serve us and that we were bothering her. Way to ruin our date night out. Perhaps she should find a different line of work. We did tell the manager we weren't impressed with out waitress.

Not my typical experience at Zengo. Service was not great, dining room music alone was very loud, food was mediocre and some dishes were cold when brought out. The hike in price for brunch since my last visit made it even less appealing. I'll think really hard before going back.

Service was excellent. We did the buttonless brunch and ordered a lot of small plates. Our server made great recommendations and even brought us out things that she thought that we would like, and, we did. Even though we were sitting outside they always kept an te on us refilling our drinks and always making sure that we had food. I have dined here a lot with people over the last few years and always have a good experience.

We love Zengo and their food and have been there several times. We were disappointed this time that the bar was very slow (even though we were there on the early end, before a show), and there was some miscommunication between our server and the kitchen, which led to us not getting all of the food we ordered, and us almost having to leave before some of it came out. We should have had enough time to eat our meal (we gave ourselves 2 hours before our show), but whatever happened caused us to be rushed at the end.

I will add that Zengo made it right and comped the portion of the meal that was rushed, which was good, but I think the problem was avoidable given that the restaurant was only half-full.

Overall, still a great place to which I'd return, but I recommend avoiding if you have anywhere to be afterward, even if you (think that you) have plenty of time. Let Zengo be your main event of the evening, and not your first stop, and you'll have a great time.

Came for a Birthday brunch, used the available "valet parking". Valet driver parked my car in a ticket zone, I subsequently received a ticket, valet driver snatched the ticket and promised to pay it. Returned to the restaurant to speak to somebody to ensure that the ticket would get paid. Met a very nice manager who told me that everything would be taken of. It took me three weeks and multiple phone calls and messages to the valet company and the restaurant to finally get somebody to finally take care of the ticket. Once about valet company was made aware of the situation they took care of it promptly but I spoke to the manager more than once at Zango and he acted like he had no idea and had no responsibility for the issue.

First time visit- the menu was eclectic but the waiter provided us guidance through it and we had a delicious sampling of numerous items. Great brunch. Great Bloody Mary bar! Very friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere.

I'm surprised at how much sugar was added to different sauces--a little too sweet for my tastes. Yes, asian food will use some sugar, but we also have savory flavors as well. Don't be afraid of the vinegary flavors found in asian cuisines.

Lastly, the duck pancake was bizarre. It was a little soggy under all the sweet sauce and impossible to pick up with the chopsticks.

I think the chefs need to take a hard look at the menu and flavors because it feels like a major identity crisis.

The hosting staff were nice and courteous, and we were seating quite quickly. There seemed to be some initial confusion about my wanting the "Bottomless Food" with only one bloody mary "a la carte". Regardless, we received our vodka in quick order and proceeded to make our drinks. My friend and I ordered two brunch plates to start out.

When the food arrived, my friend received his order but I didn't receive mine. We were asked whether we needed anything else. I replied we still needed one more plate - obviously without one in front of me - and there was more confusion. I decided to order an additional dish and so did my friend. His additional dish came out, but I still had not received my first order. All the while, I was asked repeatedly if I wanted another bloody mary. Although I normally appreciate the punctual drink service, I was not well set up to enjoy more drinks when I have been without food for 50 minutes or more. Finally, my first dish arrived, then my second dish after we had closed out the tab and were preparing to leave. The second dish was "cured salmon rice cake benedict", but there was obviously no salmon on this dish so it was merely egg and rice cake with hollandaise. My friend corroborated this fact. This was not what I would have had in mind after paying $42 for brunch. In my experience, there are places with better food (benedicts and omelets literally teeming with salmon), drinks, and service for easily half the cost.

Zengo is my favorite spot for brunch. I took out of towners because of how amazing it always is. Unfortunately this time, we received 2 dishes within an hour+ of being there, and our bottomless drinks weren't flowing as often as they usually do. I did speak to the manager, he made sure our service picked up which was great and what I expect from a place like Zengo. I was a little disappointed that nothing was comped or discounted from our bill, but overall the food is always amazing and the manager did fix the main issue
