Just wish they’d make better use of the otherwise nice lighting. To bright for a restaurant of that caliber.
The food and service were quite good. The prices are on the high side, $100 for two with wine and no dessert. I don't think a restaurant of this caliber and price range should have multiple TVs playing in the background.
The food was delicious and the staff was super friendly! I’d highly recommend checking out this restaurant.
The seafood at this restaurant is always fresh and very good. However, the ahi tuna salad bowl is not one of the best dishes on the menu.
Great evening with tasty food.. and that‘s coming from a islander from Florida! Will be back for more Cioppino :)
The seafood was great we just had small plates and share them. Really good choices.
Friendly staff, delicious food, great location and ambiance. Thank you all. Will return.
Best lobster roll I have had in CO! Service was excellent, very attentive and accommodating. Jason was so nice!
Went here for my husbands birthday dinner. It was a surprise for him and he loved it. Great cerviche, entrees and sides.
Really comfortable, nothing trying too hard or too big, excellent food, great staff.
I had the Shrimp Cobb Salad. It was excellent! Fresh ingredients and original flavors.
In Denver for a business meeting stayed the weekend. We explored LoDo ( lower downtown) fond it a plasant walk.
We were pleased with the menu and service. A lot of locals.
Girls night at Wewatta point, was such a great experience. We went during the 35.00 for a whole lobster dinner Thursday Evening. The service and cocktails were on point. Our waiter captured a perfect photo for one picky group of ladies when it comes to group photos ! Will definitely go back!
Very nice place. Light, airy, and nicely laid out. The lobster pot pie was excellent. Many things on the menu looked great and they had just updated it the day I was there.
Staff was friendly and made great recommendations.
This place is very nice. Wonderful food and ambiance. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Awesome food. Loved it
The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal.
WHERE ARE YOU DENVER....HIDDEN GEM! We were surprised that this restaurant wasn't full. The food is very innovative, fresh, tasty, and filling. The octopus starter was tender and paired with interesting accouterments. The branzino was delicate and perfectly prepared. The wine and cocktail list are excellent and decent value. Come on over, foodies!!
My first visit. It was great. I’ll be back very soon.
The food is amazing. The service is very nice too.
We loved the seafood at Wewatta. This was our first time. We started with some oysters, followed with the clam chowder and the gazpacho, and both had cioppino for our entrees. Everything was delicious. Among the best seafood in Denver.
The food was really good and the atmosphere was cute but the service was so slow and our waiter kept forgetting things. Took over two hours for our meal and we had to rush to finish to get to an event.
First time there and it was very nice. The scallops were delicious and the presentation was very nice along with the service. The restaurant wasn't busy at all and since there was just 2 of us, we were put in a little booth way in the back. I should have said something, but I didn't. I would have preferred to be up by the windows so we could have enjoyed more of the ambiance and downtown activity. And it wasn't like we just walked in off the street. We had made a reservation. Aside from that, it was a relaxing atmosphere and the food was great. We would definitely eat there again. We chose Wewatta Point because of a concert at Pepsi Center. We just don't get downtown very often.
As usual, our visit to Wewatta Point was great! Food was fantastic, but the service was a little lacking this time around. Our usual server, and general manager as I understand it, was not on duty and the server who took care of us was fine, but forgot my father's wine and also forgot my appetizer. The wine was brought quickly upon a reminder, but I didn't pursue the appetizer and fortunately it wasn't on the bill either.
I worry about this place a little because there are never very people there when we visit. I hope it lasts in this very competitive Denver restaurant scene.
Meh! Altho’ they allegedly served brunch, there was none that day! Nearly empty for a reason.
Best lobster roll I think I’ve ever had!
I live in the area and tried this restaurant for the first time. I found the outdoor patio relaxing and nice but the food quality, pricing and service beyond awful.
Service: I was waiting for a friend to arrive and the server took my menu for another table and never brought me a new menu. I had to actually get up and walk to the front entrance to obtain a new menu.
Quality: When we asked about the menu items the responses or descriptions weren't helpful and left me more confused then ever on what to order. We ordered the jonas crab and it was tough, extremely messy and a small pick fork wasn't provided nor did server come by so we could ask for one
Pricing: It was over $75 for a jonas crab appetizer, brussel sprouts and a glass of wine. So not worth the pricing, experience and I would say, save your money and take your business to one of the other many places in Denver.
The low Tide menu was perfect before a concert at Pepsi Center. The oysters were amazing and fresh. The sashimi was delicious. One of the wait staff did not show up for work that night, so our wait times for some things was especially long. I mentioned this to the manager and she was very gracious in her compensation for this. Will definitely go again.
Friendly staff, excellent food!
Started off the meal with the Calamari steak strip appetizer, which was awesome.
Entrees were the lobster roll and salmon, both were outstanding.
Absolutely delicious! Went in for lunch and had the scallops. Seared perfectly served over risotto with marvelous pea shoots. Friendly staff, beautiful decor, delicious food. Highly recommend!!
Friendly, nice atmosphere, good location, great food; overall great dining experience.
This was my third or fourth trip to Wewatta Point and I am still baffled while more people don’t love this place. The food is solid. Delicious, presented well, healthy, flavorful, and decent portions. Definitely worth trying despite the typical light crowd.
If you are coming before 6pm on the week day make sure you get a happy hour menu. We weren't given one until I asked. We had appetizers and drinks and over all it was satisfactory. Check was wrong, don't know intentionally or not, just a warning...
I had the fish tacos which were the best I've had, and my husband had the fried shrimp and fries - not the healthiest meal, but fabulous. It was fairly quiet in the restaurant on a Saturday... we'll be back. Jason was a great waiter.
Cocktails were great. Beer and wine list left something to be desired. Seafood was fresh and well-executed but flavors underwhelming. Service was very good, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. This was an okay restaurant but nothing particularly inventive of exciting about this experience.
The food was wonderful and so was Chad, our server. A hidden gem that no one seems to know about! Go soon before the crowds find out!!
The food was excellent but the service was mediocre. It was very quiet, and we still didn't get typical attention from our server.
The regular menu is a bit pricey, but on Monday's the offer $1 oysters which is precisely what drew me in.
We love the Thursday night lobster meal; it is unusual, good and worth the price.
