Fantastic food in a nice setting. Too bad the restaurant is closing. I understand it will reopen after a remodel with a new theme.
the clam chowder was Tasty but not the best I have had, the crab cake was delicious but It was a 3 bite size also had the salmon salad very good . The golden beats had a nice texture . My husband had a blacken salmon and homemade fries . What I would say to my friends is that the food is good but go when your not hungry and want to spend like you paid for a four-course meal
great food. great service and super friendly. nice interior design too. simple yet classy for a slight island feel.
We went to celebrate a special occasion. The menu looked good, but didn't really deliver. My "blackened" trout had huge grill burn lines on it, the cioppino was underseasoned, the BBQ oysters (3/$9) were minsicule and the barramundi was dinky. The servers were very pleasant, but rather inept. They seemed to forget everything and were pleasant in making corrections, but since the restaurant wasn't busy at all, the lack of attention to detail was very disappointing. I had mentioned the special occasion in making the reservation, but it wasn't acknowledged. We didn't bring it to anyone's attention, since we were ready to get out of there.
Delicious oysters. Lobster roll was legit. Fries were amazing. Scallops and risotto were hella good.
Food and service were great. Lobster was delicious! Ambiance was a bit dull.
The best lunch salad in town! Food is fantastic
Amazing service, this restaurant is the best.
Our server, Edwin, was fabulous. The food was great!
Has a lunch feel with fancy dining prices. Ambiance was not good for a date night so I wouldn’t recommend that. The portions on the food were good but the food was overall fairly bland. The entrees we ordered, Salmon & Barramundi, were a little too pan-seared and while the sauce was delicious it seemed to be there to cover the quality of the fish.
It was a tough call on whether I would recommend or not, but I went with yes. The food and service was fine when considering we went on VD which was likely their busiest time of the year. The biggest negative we had was that their promise to validate parking wasn't true. We were told the $5 cost to park in the building would be offset by their validation. As we exited the garage, the stamped/validated ticket wasn't accepted and we had to cover the cost of parking. When we called the restaurant to help with the problem we basically just got some nonsensical babble so were left to cover it ourselves. Not the most expensive issue but very disappointed the restaurant wasn't interested in helping to resolve the issue when at the gate furiously trying to get the machine to accept their validation.
Lovely service, outstanding seafood and all of the dishes we had were great. Would dine again!
Edwin was extremely attentive but not in our space, made some awesome suggestions and made our experience quite enjoyable
Disappointing. Limited menu, food just OK. We stuck with the small plates, fairly expensive for the casual feel.
Food was delicious overall, I hate to be critical and try my best to be positive but honestly I was disappointed with my scallop entree. The favorite meal at our table was the shrimp sandwich. We had calamari as an appetizer and it was delicious as well. Service was very tentative but not overbearing. We have visitors a couple of times and will be back!
Brussels sprouts were so greasy if you pushed your fork onto one, the grease would puddle on the plate. The calamari tasted frozen for sure. And the whole food’s next door serves better clam chowder. Don’t advertise “fresh” if that’s not the case. :(
Left this restaurant to eat entrees at Stoic & Genuine nearby.
The first thing that struck me when I arrived was that the layout of the restaurant was strange; it's not very inviting. The service was fine; our waiter was attentive and friendly. There were 5 of us so we all tried something different and the only thing that we agreed taste good was the crab cake--it had a hearty crab ratio.
Positive: The location is close to hotels and Union Station and Service was good
Neutral: Seafood menu was not interesting
Negative: Cost for marginal tasting food
We were disappointed in the extremely casual dress of Chad our waiter. It looked as if he was in his dirty construction clothes. If there is any chance he will be a waiter then he should have a second set of dress clothes on hand. But other than that the food and atmosphere were just great.
An excellent seafood restaurant!! Service is attentive, food is always good as is the value!
Our table of 8 was attentively served with warmth and grace. They accommodated a party increase easily with a smile. The menu had good selection of mains and the lobster was a special value...we ordered 5 at our table! Enjoyed by all.
The clam chowder is terrific. Having lived in Australia & eaten barramundi there, theirs is a very respectable barra filet. Love the bread pudding. Staff is very accommodating & helpful. Also, have some interesting wines at reasonable prices & staff who are knowledgable.
We are so glad we found the wonderful Resturant
That’s primary focus is on fish . The mussels are a must try. All other fish has been fresh tasting and creatively prepared
There is validated parking in the building next to the Resturant.
It is definely worth the trip form Wyoming to spend time with friendly staff and great food!
Nice place, good menu, friendly staff.
Our server was great. Food was delicious the weather was so cold and our server made sure we we were seated where we would be warm
Just OK. We were disappointed that there was nothing special for New Years Eve. Just another night.
We really enjoyed the food and the closeness to light rail.
Wewatta Point was great! The food was excellent and the service outstanding. It is primarily a seafood restaurant but with varied choices. Definitely a great place to eat.
I have to say this restaurant has potential. They don’t have specialty coffee which is unusual for a nice restaurant. Desserts are a little steep on the pricing. I would’ve actually bought a dessert but when I found out that the ice cream they serve is blue bunny… I wouldn’t touch anything from the dessert cart. I think instead of using fillers on a crabcake,You should use mostly salad crab. I just don’t understand. Half of the restaurants fantastic and the other half is generic.
We went for an early dinner on Christmas Eve and it was good! The linguini with clams was out of this world, and the lobster roll was delicious. I ordered the cioppino after the waiter suggested it, and it was pretty good although not nearly as good as the other two dishes. The clam chowder was delicious as well. The drinks were great and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!
Great food, and amazing service!
We were on holiday in Denver and fancied fish. The menu choice was great and the food brilliant. The waiter was fantastic next time we are in Denver we will be visiting again.
Holiday lunch with work team. Great environment. Good lunch menu. Gluten free options were excellent. And desserts were yummy. Flourless cake was especially good!
We had a holiday meet up at Union Station and wanted a walkable place and this fit the bill. We had great service and food -- it was nearly empty though, which takes away a little from the fun of dining out. So go there!! They have a Thursday lobster special for $39 per person which was great. We also enjoyed the desserts -- a banana bread pudding and a flourless chocolate cake. Yum.
Had a great weeknight dinner. Scallops and chicken were our entrees. Both were excellent. Our waiter was very attentive and helpful. We always have a good experience at this restaurant.
What a great surprise! Excellent excellent seafood. The service was extremely friendly and professional. Definitely going back soon. Have been telling family and friends to go !!
Just wish they’d make better use of the otherwise nice lighting. To bright for a restaurant of that caliber.
The food and service were quite good. The prices are on the high side, $100 for two with wine and no dessert. I don't think a restaurant of this caliber and price range should have multiple TVs playing in the background.
The food was delicious and the staff was super friendly! I’d highly recommend checking out this restaurant.
The seafood at this restaurant is always fresh and very good. However, the ahi tuna salad bowl is not one of the best dishes on the menu.
