   Overall, great experience as always. Food was delicious and our server was nice. The only complaint I have is that we were placed by the bar, which is fine, but we asked for a different table more in the sun because our kids were cold and couldn’t be accommodated but some other family could. Weird. Otherwise it was a good visit! Thanks y’all!

   Noise level made it very difficult for elders to hear. A table outside would have been a better choice. Service was great considering how many she had to attend. Good information explaining menu items and making suggestions. Wine prices were a little high and no house wines were offered. Next time we will make a point to go on nights they offer regularly day specials.

   Our server was attentive but not pushy, he came by to offer more water or opportunity to order more food and never hurried us along. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food. The kitchen adapted my patty melt as I requested to have it without the bread. The room was not packed and we were able to carry on a conversation easily.

   Great dinner at Washington. I enjoyed the pasta dish on the menu. Others in my party really enjoyed the chef's fish special that night. Went on Wine Wednesday which is a cool promo offering great wine discounts. The kids bento box is one of the best kid's meals in town. Hospitality here is always top notch - the staff are so welcoming!

    Caitlin behind the bar was incredible. The spaghetti and meatball special was good as always, but the rhubarb crisp was out of this world. The crisp was topped with a house made gelato and oh my word it blew us away. Great job crushing this out of the park!

    We came here a year ago when in the area and knew we had to come close. Fresh donuts are a must though everything we have had on the menu is fabulous. Great Bloody Mary!

    Service was excellent! Drinks were good food was good. Seemed a little over priced for what it was but I guess I feel that way about most things these days. The space is quite loud so if you have any sort of difficulty hearing not a great place to be able to hear your date.

    The staff at this restaurant is always the best! We were welcomed at the front desk with smiles and seated right away in a comfortable booth. Our server was superb: again smiles and helpful recommendations from the menu. The ambience is one of a neighborhood restaurant where all are welcome.

    My husband and I went on a much needed date night and I picked the Washington because we hadn’t been in a long time. Unfortunately, we walked away feeling let down with our experience. The food wasn’t anything to write home about and it was expensive. We also could barely hear each other talk because it was so loud in there. I’ve had good experiences with the Washington so I’m hoping this isn’t the new normal.

    My daughter wanted to try Washington for her 25th birthday yesterday as she had never been. We all enjoyed! My husband said the Sunday prime rib was a little dry but all in all the food was great. Especially the complimentary dessert, enough for 4 of us. This place has never disappointed me and I’m going back Friday for a business lunch. We are local, not Portland as the review shows (?)

    I made reservations, we apparently walked in the back door had a quick tour of the back of the house when a casually dressed man said “come on in”. He led us to the check in desk. Turned out he was the owner of the local group of 3 restaurants. The “host” was playing chief cook and bottle washer, check us in, poured out water as well as our wine. Everyone was friendly and unassuming. Great menu, good value, something for everyone. Desserts were to die for. Friend’s birthday. Great menu, great bottle of locally vented wine connected to a famous winery in France that I have visited.

    Lovely dining experience. From the greeting at the front door, to wonderful service by Micah, to the tasty food and drinks - all was great! My husband loved the friend chicken sandwich. The brunch chorizo skillet was delicious. Definitely will be back. Thanks!

    We snuck in at the perfect time. 4pm on Sunday gave us happy hour pricing and a lull in the weekend traffic to enjoy a lovely meal. Great drinks, yummy calamari and power salad. Another great dining experience. Thanks again!

    The seafood lingcod special was wonderful and the chef was kind and accommodating to make it dairy free. Much appreciated the waitresses helpful suggestions. The menu changed since our last visit which was disappointing because there were previously more allergy friendly options. Make reservations because it’s always busy and noise level always high.     In the service and hospitality industry ourselves, Washington is one of our favorite places in Bend. It is always a 9/10 or 10/10 consistently. Last night was the best meal we have ever ate there, even though they were slammed for Valentine's Day. To be fair, we got there at the beginning of service, so maybe later it was not perfect, but our meal quality was absolutely perfect. Washington is simply the best in town, consistently. The price is right. It could cost more, and that would be understandable. Overall, a great experience, as usual. :)
