LOVE Washington! They are so great! Service, food and ambiance are perfect.

Through the pandemic shutdown, I’ve consistently been impressed w Washington. They have adjusted and continue to deliver great food and service. I don’t enjoy dining out inside a restaurant right now because the energy is lacking but the service and food and drinks were fantastic!

The Washington is my favorite restaurant in Bend. I've loved everything I've tried on the menu including the cocktails. We felt very safe with the accommodations they've made due to Covid. We're so happy to be able to eat there again instead of always having to get takeout!

Given all of the requirements these days for dining in we thought the staff did a wonderful job in serving us. The food was wonderful and was served promptly.

My girlfriend and I celebrated our anniversary here, and were so happy to be able to eat in a restaurant! It was extremely clean, and the entire staff was wearing masks, including kitchen staff. Our first round of drinks took a bit longer than expected, and because of that, they put our next round on the house. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time (~15 minutes after the waitress took our order), and was delicious! I especially recommend the carnitas tacos. My girlfriend ordered a lemon drop, and said it wasn’t too strong, but wasn’t watered down—just right. Nothing but good things to say all around!

They have done an excellent job making you feel comfortable in these times of uncertainty. All while serving great food!

The food was excellent and service good. My only complaint would be packing their specialty cocktail glasses with so much ice that I barely had a drink. It was tasty, buy quite small for the price.

We really enjoyed our experience at Washington. Service was friendly, helpful, and prompt. My partner had an issue with their entree and it was corrected quickly. We thought that the goat cheese fondue was first-rate, and that the craft cocktails were outstanding - I had the Dark & Stormy and my spouse had the Blood Orange margarita. Both are recommended. This was our first visit to Washington, and we both agreed it was a great place to celebrate our anniversary.

We love really good food. People coming up to Bend from Portland know about Ariana but you have to book way in advance; it’s expensive but worth it. We like Drake and Washington Dining where we had dinner this evening. Yes, they’re “neighborhood bars” where you can get a great burger (I’ve heard). But you can get a gourmet dinner because these sister restaurants, one downtown and one in Northwest Crossing, have chefs that rank with the best in Bend. Make a reservation, arrive at the restaurant and have a look at the specials that are posted on the blackboard. This evening, we both had the king salmon special which was amazing as were the accompaniments – cauliflower puree, chopped asparagus and a delicious pesto sauce. I recall visiting a wonderful restaurant in Annecy (France) where the food was just as good. I must mention that if Amanda is your server, your visit will be that much better.

Washington is a favorite place to eat! It is our “Cheers”...great food, lovely and efficient wait staff who “know our names.” Best wedge salad in Bend! Zombie fries are great eating fun.

This was my first time eating at The Washington, the service was exceptional, our waitress was very helpful and checked on us often. The food was amazing, I particularly loved the Goat Cheese Fondue and the Brisket smothered fries. Will definitely go again.

Great place to get together with friends and have dinner too. The ambiance is perfect.

Friday night specials are always awesome!

Great happy hour drinks and food, good happy hour pricing. Regular menu also reasonable compared to other Bend restaurants. The prime rib is excellent.

Super busy Valentines Day. Cheerful servers, amazing food, and festive atmosphere. Well done Washington!

The food was good. I had their vegetarian burger which was pretty good. It needed some extra texture element and acid. A nice piece of tomato, or a nice tomato corn relish....something. It was just too one-note. Others had salads which they enjoyed, although they noticed that some of the components (i.e., sweet potatoes) were a bit lacking. More consistency would be nice. The restaurant gets rather loud during dinner. Would like to see some sort of noise baffling improvements.

The food and service was terrific! It was impossible to hold a discussion because it was do loud!!

Went out for my wife’s birthday. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. They worked with us when the number of people in our group changed to more, then to less than we’d anticipated, which was greatly appreciated. At the end of the evening our waitress brought out fresh donut holes with a candle in them as a special birthday surprise. Way to go above and beyond!

Everything was great. From drinks, service and food. The gluten free bun on the hamburger was fantastic as well.

Made reservations after seeing an ad for their Sunday night prime rib special. Flavors were spot on. Great value on an icy Sunday night in Bend.

This is our Go To Place. Never a bad meal, always outstanding specials
and staff is just fantastic!

We love this restaurant's vibe. However, the food is not always great. The chef seems to believe that "more is better". Instead of just a ribeye, you get a ribeye on a bed of pureed something, with a ginger sauce, peanuts (?), and shoestring fries on top. The steak was tuff, so maybe the rest was intended to distract me.

Really, really excellent food and service! Didn't enjoy being seated in a row, next to strangers, without being asked first.
Private dinner became very unprivate.
