Tivoli Brewing has been a Denver institution since 1859. It started out selling beer to workers in the mining industry and now boasts the title of oldest brewery in Colorado. It combines time-tested favorites with modern innovations to create a unique drinking experience, including revamped original recipes from the 1860s and plenty of new concoctions to try out. The Tivoli Brewing taphouse features 52 taps, a beautiful Biergarten and an unbeatable view of the Denver skyline.
