The food was not up to par from the first time we went. The bread was cold and the lamb was dry. The food really gets a 0 but the customer service to rectify this was a 5.

We had an 8 pm reservation. They were about 15 mins behind schedule - not a problem. We were sat. 2/6 drinks ordered didn’t come out until after appetizers came out. They said the frozen machine was off. The strawberry drinks tasted more like a 7-11 slushy. Super sweet- didn’t taste any alcohol. We ordered apps and dinner at the same time. Our entrees came out almost 2 full hours after we sat. Same thing for dessert- took over 30 mins for two desserts. We were there 3.5 hours total. At some point the waiter mentioned someone went to the hospital but we were unsure if what was going on. Maybe if he would’ve led with that it all would’ve made more sense. However the other tables around us were being served and waited on. Two of us ordered the tomahawk steak which was good but way fattier then we are use to for a $130 steak. We were disappointed that the chocolate on the dessert is literally hersheys syrup and not even like a real ganache for a nice restaurant.

I had waited a long time to do the table side pasta. It was super pricey and by adding a chicken breast to it increase the price from $55-$71 for a plate of pasta with chicken. Probably a one in done situation and we may go back for other entrées, but the noise was a little overbearing. Love the decor, but maybe add some sound Deafening upgrades should be considered. Our waitress was wonderful. She even brought our party a birthday dessert. Overall it was ok. Just taken back by the price.

The air conditioner was out. It was very hot and very loud. Food was just ok. Group of 6. We wont be adding this to our list of favorites.

We had such an amazing time! We’ve been to timpano a handful of times and we brought our friends who were visiting back! Amber was such an amazing and sweet waitress and kept our dinner fun! Gem was our server for the parm to table experience and she was an absolute ‘GEM’!!! She made it such a fun experience for us and kept us entertained. Definitely our best experience at Timpano yet!

The service was fabulous and the food was perfect. The restaurant is beautiful but the music was ridiculously loud.
