   Okay food, poor service. We saw our server 3-4 times over the course of 2 hours.

   We decided to go on Christmas Day. It was a complete zoo. We had to wait an additional 40 minutes after our reservation time. There was a hostess on the penthouse level that was doing her best and trying to seat people. She was also very lovely and nice and explained that they had a system crash that they were trying to fix. Once we got seated, our server, Gary, explained how backed up they were and asked us to be patient. I appreciated this information upfront. Our drinks and appetizers came out quicker than I expected. There was a wait but maybe we were chatting that we didn’t notice the lag in time. It did take awhile to get our entrees but we expected it and our appetizers held us over while we waited. The service we had was great. I will recommend if you go during a busy holiday to be prepared to wait. I have never seen this restaurant that chaotic and busy and I have been when reservations were booked up. Food was still great as usual.

   The service was mid, steak was raw, drinks took forever meatballs never came and we were jammed in the corner

   Probably the worst meal I had ever in Cali! Extremely busy for the price I expected good quality steak and service . Would never go back!

   The steak at Mastro’s Penthouse was absolutely phenomenal—one of the best I’ve had. The entertainment was also top-notch and added a great vibe to the evening. However, the atmosphere was louder than expected, with a surprising number of kids, which made it feel less upscale than anticipated. That said, the service was attentive and professional, rounding out a mostly enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for incredible food and lively entertainment, this is a great spot, but be prepared for a bustling and energetic environment.

   What can I say it’s Mastro’s From the moment I walked in the door till the moment I left , Service was beyond Perfect!! The moment I met the Manager I knew it was going to be another amazing experience Thanks again for an awesome anniversary experience Robert

   Olivia is an amazing server! Food was exceptional as always, and dining in The Penthouse did not disappoint.

   We love going to Mastros Beverly HIlls in the Penthouse. For a high end restaurant, it only has 20 or 25 tables. Service is impeccable and the staff well trained. We were shocked to see a manager we knew from Manhattan Beach. He recognized us and personally oversaw our service. The food was awesome as usual. We had one small problem for am item we were charged without being informed by our waiter. The manager was great and offered us a credit when we came in next. We were celebrating my oldest daughter's 27th birthday with our family. The menu had her name across the top and they gave her an amazing piece of cheesecake for dessert on the house. We do not go ofter as it is our "special place" for birthdays and Christmas. There are many choices for high end restaurants in Beverly Hills but the staff, and now manager, know us and recognize our family. You cannot find a better place to celebrate the special occasions for your family and business associates as well. We are loyal customers and will be back many times.
