Great for business meals
Sunday evening dinner is elegant and relaxing environment. Very attentive and caring waitstaff.
The staff was exceptional, as always, and the food was amazing. Service was fast and friendly, food prepared properly with bold, rich flavors and detailed plating. Fantastic!
The Surf and Turf meal was not a good value. The filet was good, but the lobster was pretty much nonexistent. It was like eating dinner while someone was talking about lobster in the next room.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our dinner and waiter.
Been coming to one Palm or another for decades: never been disappointed.
Their summer Lobster special, $99 for a 4 pounder, shared by two, can't be beat. Wine list is tops and so are the wine prices. Look carefully, there are some good values to be had. The downtown location at the Westin validates parking . With so many local "steak houses" to choose from we still prefer the Palm. Their wait staff are usually long tenured professionals so the service has always been superior.
Service was kind of slow. The table behind us sat a good 20 minutes after us and they got their salads first (the same salad that I ordered) so I'm not sure what happened there. We were also sat right by the kitchen door, which made for a lot of noise and servers running by.
What an amazing experience we had. It was our first time joint the Palms. We went for our wedding anniversary and they made us feel so special. Everything was amazing! The wrote a very nice card for us and left it on the table!
I have eaten at the Palm many times, Chicago, Denver, and Vegas; this was by far not their best hour(s). Food was dry and crusty as if it had been sitting on the counter for some time. Onion strings were overcooked, nearly black and tasted burnt, lobster roe and tomalley was crusted on top, creamed spinach not fresh and crusty on top. The 4 pound lobster certainly did not appear to be freshly prepared, we ordered 3 steaks and sent 1 back and the other two were over-cooked but tolerable. Wine was good dessert was old. I'm sure Ill go back - just not sure how soon and definitely not on a week night.
I'm not sure why they asked if was a special occasion. It was our anniversary but nothing was offered except a Happy Anniversary when we checked in. Our waitress was much more attentive to get other tables. The sauce my husband was given for his steak was wierd. We've eaten at top notch restaurants and know what a good aoli and bearnaise sauce taste like. They were awful. My sea bass was incrusted in salt! It's a great fish why would you do that! I could hardly eat it. Don't eat here. Go to the Chart House, same price but by far better service and better food.
We went to the Palm for my birthday dinner and the kind people at the restaurant made it a very special dinner. From the birthday card on the table when we arrived to the complimentary appetizer and dessert, the whole experience was amazing and one that I will never forget. This was our first time dining at The Palm but it certainly won’t be the last. The wait staff was incredible, the drinks were some of the best we’ve ever had and the food was delicious!
As always a great dinner at The Palm. The summer lobster special was great. The claw was bigger than my hand and the lobster was cooked to perfection. Juicy tail and claw but the smaller legs were not dried out. The sides were very good and were large portions. Drinks were good with a good selection and the service was excellent, as always.
Oscar style with the steak leaves a lot to be desired. Very minimal crab for the cost. Disappointed. Otherwise dinner was great and Scott was wonderful
Another great meal at the most consistent chain of high end restaurants I frequent. We had the 4lb loster with sides and it was great.
Super consistent service, food and decor. I always feel important and the meal matches that feeling. I am always satisfied with my meal preparation and service.
My Sea Bass was perfectly cooked. My date had lobster and lamb. He travels extensively and said it was the best meal he had had in some time.
Food was amazing! Highly recommend.
One of the best dining experiences or perhaps THE best, I have had in Denver. Very cool atmosphere and decor with all the famous patrons' faces painted on the walls. Great patio too and i will be eager to try that when the weather is nice again.
Service: Steven and Amber made a great team and really went above and beyond. In a word...Extraordinary.
Food: Such great flavors and the presentation was beautiful. Portions were HUGE. A little pricey but worth it.
This is a must try in Denver.
We made a reservation here for 11 pm . When we reached there , the doors were already closed. I called into the restaurant to check what was going on. The manager comes out in 10 minutes to tell us that they “forgot about our reservation” and the kitchen is now closed.
This is the most ridiculous thing ever happened to me. How do you over look a reservation ?
Never going back . Obviously .
And rating me badly everywhere I can . Just for people to know what to expect .
Our waiter was great!!! He made us feel welcomed and it was worth every penny! An unforgettable date. :)
Great staff. Delicious lobster and tuna!
Good food, ambiance quite conducive to serious dining and celebrating with friends. Quiet corners are available
Fabulous service. Excellent waiter, Steven. Perfect place for a sloe cual occasion
Wish I could recall the waiter's name but he was AMAZING. We had an hour to dine to get to a show and everything was presented and timed perfectly. He was funny, too.
We sat outside and it was a very romantic dinner. The food and service were outstanding!
Very nice. Always reliable service and excellent food.
Fantastic meal and service. The prime rib was exquisite.
Excellent experience. Brought two friends who had not eaten at a Palm Restaurant previously - both raved about the food and the experience.
Just amazing for a special occasion. Had the lobster dinner for 2. Wonderful!
Fun evening. Relaxing but inspiring
Very good service and food was outstanding, we where in Denver on Golf trip and Had dinner there
It was great!
I’ve dined at The Palm all my life in NY, LA, and Vegas, and I’ve heard the Denver Palm does not measure up to other locations, but I disagree. The steak and crab cocktail were delicious, and the service was excellent!
Food was good on Mothers' Day but disappointed they didn't even give 100 points. Very cheap.
The Mothers Day Brunch was one of the best I have ever seen. The only issue we had was they added 20 plus or more tables for this event and you literally felt trapped in trying to get past some tables as they were elbow to elbow. I think they could have taken a few 5-10 out and it would have made a huge difference. Felt sorry for the tables by the doorways to the bathrooms from the far back seating.
We have LOVED The Palm forever and are very frequent diners at the downtown Denver location. This was our first bad experience ever. We won't stop coming and aren't looking for anything at all. I just wanted you to know that the food and service were not good on Mother's Day. Thank you. Heather Treat 303-919-9913
I have eaten here several times and it has typically been good. Maybe an off night.
The head waiter was uninterested in providing service. Distracted when taking our meal order; completely messed up serving of our main courses; and impatient at the table when ordering taking a minute to decide on dessert and yelled at guests to decide. As we were leaving, I explained the situation to the manager who was indifferent.
Would not suggest having dinner there on a weekend.
Food was great but we were in the back room which was quiet but it didn’t feel like an upscale restaurant
