   The last 2 out of 3 times we have visited have been a total disappointment to say the very least. We celebrated my birthday at the Downtown Denver location in July. The service was horrible. Our order was messed up, came out in pieces, and the server was totally overwhelmed. We were charged for items he dropped off at the wrong table. He took no ownership in making it right. Tonight, we gave you another try. It was by the WORST dining experience I have had in Denver. Janiece was not only rude and didn’t represent your company by providing an effortless experience, she was by far the most hateful person I have ever encouraged in my adult life. She absolutely is in the wrong job and has made my decision to NEVER return to The Old Spaghetti Factory an easy one. When asking for a manager Issac came to the table, your staff learns from your leadership. Both members of your team are unprofessional and clearly do not belong in jobs dealing with the public. Disappointed is an understatement. There is no service, it isn’t an effortless dining experience, orders are never correct, and you have to beg for a drink refill, and finally to pay your bill. Janiece is filled with hate. I am shocked this is who you want representing your establishment and serving your customers. With service like this, it won’t be long that you either have a lawsuit on your hands or word of mouth will hurt and finally close down your business.
