I was surprised after reading the reviews for this. There was plenty of staff, they kept the waffles stocked and the liquor flowing. My only complaint is that they should have cut people off when they saw that they were out of control of themselves. I think they could get in some trouble for that. I would only recommend to someone if it’s what they are looking for.

I enjoyed the ambiance, the music and the food at the rooftop brunch event. I do feel that there should be more food options for the price, instead of having to order separately for extras. Overall, it was a good experience.

I feel like it was very much hyped up online and it did not meet expectations. DJ did not show up, I feel like there should have been some sort of backup plan even if it didn’t happen right away. Definitely should have had games in the pool or on the outside of the pool. I assumed the pool would be closed to hotel but it wasn’t and there were children there which I feel like I could go to a community pool for free for the same experience. The waffle bar was not as expected, definitely expected more. Kind of disappointed in the whole experience and will not return.

The experience was absolutely not worth the amount of money paid. Only choice of food was waffles-which we had to wait minutes for to be replenished. Only cutlery provided was a plastic fork, no knife. We felt rushed. For the price, they should at least throw in some other food options like eggs, fruits, bacon etc. The ambience can definitely use some upgrade as well.

This is less of a restaurant and more of a bar and some tables adjacent to the hotel lobby with a nondescript and non directional sign. The bartender was the only person there, and he was running back and forth to the kitchen, so there’s no one to greet you or seat you. The salmon is advertised as seared (pink middle), but came cooked throughout, which is not my preference at all. The bartender was nice and did his best, but service was slow and the food was average.

Booked this restaurant for a birthday dinner because the menu and photos of the ambiance looked good online. I was told this resturant was prepared for a 7 top after I called to update from 5 to 7 people. Upon arrival, there was 1 bartender who was also the server and the restaurant was empty. We thought perfect, it will be fast but definitely not. We sat ourselves down and had to push tables together ourselves. We ordered and waited 1 hour for food to arrive, literally no one else was in the restaurant but us 7 ladies. Once food arrived, they forgot my entire individual order. That took another 45 minutes. So I did not get my food until 1 hour and 45 minutes upon ordering time. Still charged for this meal. Server did bring the two birthday girls a shot and a dessert. We ended up missing our after dinner reservations because it took so long to bring the food out. It was quite embarrassing to bring a birthday dinner here and not be fully served close to 2 hours without it being busy. We came here because of the reviews. Never will come back. Called the hotel afterwards since there is no restaurant phone line, left a voicemail and no call back till this day. Not a good experience at all.

We were put into a corner of an empty room by ourselves. Drinks were made by someone that self-proclaimed it was their first time making drinks!
