Service was amazing! Food was amazing! Bottomless mimosas at great price as well.
It was very fun
Food was great, mimosas were great and our waiter was amazing!
Food and service always great!
love bottomless mimosas, great brunch options.
Our server was nice. The food wasn't great. The omlette I had was bland and slightly over cooked. The french toast on my friend's sandwich was burned on oneside which the cook tried to hide by putting that side on the inside of the sandwich.
Not a clear expectation of the menu. Not the servers fault. My guest ordered what they thought was a burger. The server was awesome and apologized and fixed the mistake with no questions asked. We also were not charged for the error. Thank you! However, the Kentucky Sammy I ordered was terrible. The chicken was completely dry and cold. It was also rock solid. Also the biscuits was so hard I could barely cut through it with the steak knife that came with it hit. My guest was very unsatisfied with his second option if food as well. Since we came in later in the day; when bottomless mimosas were ending, I felt that we did not get the best that the lobby had to offer. Will probably never come back again. Seems just like a place for the cheap drinks with no care on the food.
Our server Jesse was great and we had such a good time! Literally my only complaint is it’s pretty loud but if you’re trying to get rowdy, great place as your own noise won’t warrant complaints by other customers!
Great service. Food isn't bad. I love the atmosphere. Very enjoyable all around.
Great atmosphere! Loved the little patio! The food was delish and so big! A must try when in Denver!
The food was plentiful and delicious. The staff friendly and attentive but not invasive. The patio was pretty and a nice place to meet with friends. Definitely go early for brunch because it’s much more laid back and not as crowded, even with COVID distancing.
Worst service I have ever had. We ordered drinks and brunch as soon as we could with our server, she was slow to get over to us but we understood it was busy... after we had ordered I hadn’t seen our server in quite some time- even at the surrounding tables and had to order a drink from the server in the next section. We watched her section get sat a new table 15 minutes after us, who got their food, ate, and paid before our food came out. Our server had put the wrong order in for my boyfriend. She kept making up excuses and blaming the kitchen for the slow service and wrong order. When it came out the food was okay. We told her we wanted the check and calmly explained we were not pleased with the time it took for our food and service. We didn’t see her again for another 10 minutes. I had to track her down and ask for the bill. I let her know I felt the service was bad and she slammed her serving book on the table by my face and walked away. You could clearly tell she was on drugs by her mannerisms and erratic behavior. I hope this restaurant gets her help and is more aware of what’s going on operationally.
Our waiter was wonderful! Outside was nice but next to a busy street. Overall it was good.
My only complaint was the biscuit was hard. Everything else was good.
An awesome spot to brunch with friends. Great outdoor area and the vibe inside is awesome as well. Wasn't hard at all to make a reservation and we didn't have to wait at all once we got there!
Very clean place! Great atmosphere and amazing mimosas!!
The only problem I had was that my eggs were cold when I received them.
Worst birthday brunch experience. Would have rather have spent our money on the grocery store to make my own brunch at home.
My boyfriend and I went here for Sunday brunch and had THE best time! We were visiting from Minneapolis and would recommend to anyone looking for great food, amazing service, and a beautiful ambiance. Our server was Bella! Thanks again!
Great service and setting
Well, this place is trendy. At least for brunch. Millennials everywhere taking selfies, drinking mimosas and having extremely energetic conversations. It was loud, is what I’m saying. Really cool old building, and great service, with good food, not great food. But, bottomless mimosas are great! Just be aware that it’s not a place for a quiet, romantic brunch date!
Server was very slow, would say they would get our drink or bills and take 20-30 mins to come back
Food was great. Ordered bottomless mimosas that were mostly OJ (would have preferred to taste the champagne at least). Set a reservation but unfortunately could not reserve a seat outside (first come, first serve). Server was nice and attentive!
This restaurant had great ambiance but the food was really quite awful. I had an eggs benedict who's egg yolks were over cooked (not poached) and my partner had an omelet that was completely burnt. I tasted the omelet and it was completely inedible. My partner ended up just splitting my dish because she was too polite to ask for something else and food took a long time to come out in the first place. Additionally, I asked for an iced latte and was given a watered down coffee with ice in it (no milk at all).
Terrible. Slow service unseasoned over cooked food. Disappointing. Will not be back.
Great patio! Great food!
Food was great, bottomless mimosas were great, and the outside seating was fantastic!
Went for Sunday brunch and it was fantastic. We sat outside in their cute garden patio. The food was great and they aren't fooling around with their bottomless mimosas, they kept them coming! The service was great too. A must brunch destination in Denver.
Love this place! Must visit every time I’m in Denver!
Great service, great food, and easy to make a reservation.
Yikes.... where to start. First, let me say I’ve been here twice before, the lost recent time being the brunch before getting engaged, so this place has a special place in my heart. Also, I spent years in the restaurant biz, so it really means something when I write a review.
This is also said while being cognizant that Covid is happening, and we are all doing our best, however the below is inexcusable.
1) We had a reservation (btw, when we made our reso at 2:30 there were spots available for 5pm, so no warning of closing time.) we were welcomed by letting us know that they were closing at 4. I get it, you want to go home, but when someone has a reso, do not rush them.
2) We ordered a better bottle of champagne (which I Sa bonus for the establishment)
Had wanted to try brunch here since they opened to strong acclaim. Never did, for no real reason other than, perhaps, their locale (homeless camps, panhandlers, drugged-out people in the street) but finally did and while the reasons for not going were still there, inside was fabulous. Of all the places we've gone since the gradual reopening, they were handling sensible restrictions the best including not allowing 2 different parties, millennials of course, inside without their getting masks first. Hardly paranoid over COVID-19 but how difficult is it to take an easy, and probably disease-saving precaution? Choices for food were as creative as they were delicious. Coffee, strong, refilled regularly by a very friendly competent wait staff. And if my initial comments seem out-of-place, businesses in the area need to pressure the city to clean things up.
First trip to Denver and don’t think I have had a better brunch than this! Bottomless mimosas definitely worth the value and food was excellent.
It was my first time coming to The Lobby and I will be back! The staff were incredible and the food was great!!
My friend and I enjoyed brunch outside. They are following Covid protocols. The food was good. We also enjoyed the bottomless mimosas.
They are adhering with safety guidelines which made us feel very comfortable.
Bottomless mimosa deal is a great value. However I think food was way overpriced for what it is. The dishes are bland and mediocre. Which is disappointing. The only good thing was the french fries.
This a place I would comeback for mimosas but not for food.
We love eating brunch at The Lobby while we're in Denver! We've never been disappointed. During this trip everyone was adhering to social distancing guidelines and wearing masks. We made a reservation in advance, as currently recommended on their website. The 6 of us all ordered different dishes and they were all great - though the fried chicken is always the best!! Bottomless mimosas are also of course a fun weekend treat. We'll be back when we visit Denver again!
The Lobby has done a great job re-opening with guidelines in place. They have expanded their outdoor patio to accommodate more tables. All staff wore masks and the food/drinks were great!
