    Food & service was great. Family all enjoyed the donut holes. Sitting downstairs made it difficult to chat. The noise was loud, but I think you expect that. Definitely would go back

    My friends and I ordered bottomless mimosas and we had to keep asking for a refill and even had to ask the manager for them because our server would not come check up on us. She would ask if we needed refills but would never come back with them although it wasn’t busy.

    The food was very good but the service was not. I had a dirty glass and dirty silverware and when I brought it to the attention of my wait staff she appeared annoyed and was not very friendly to our table. The carpets appeared very outdated and unclean.

    Great spot for brunch. Go for the bottomless mimosas! They are great. Food was delicious- I had pecan waffle and it was perfect. Nice variety of choices. Very nice atmosphere.

    The absolute saving grace of this place is then bottomless mimosas. They’re huge, always coming out, and taste delicious. Unfortunately, that’s about where the charm ends. The service is HORRENDOUS. The food arrived cold after waiting over an hour for it to be brought out. Orders were incorrect and freezing. There was no soap or hand sanitizer in the tiny bathroom. If you’re coming here, sit at the bar, opt for the mimosas, and don’t order food

    This place is extremely loud during the weekend brunch especially in the basement. Should I choose to return I will request to be upstairs or on the patio. Might be time to find a new spot though.

    The Lobby is great every single time I go! The food, the drinks, the service--SO GOOD. Bottomless mimosas are huuuuuuge and you really get your money's worth. I leave satisfied every time :-) best brunch spot in Denver, in my opinion!

    Kind of a cool venue but pretty loud and although some of the food was good some was just okay. Also despite having a reservation we got seated right by the front door which was cold every time someone came in.

    My friend and I met for brunch downtown. I was excited when arrived because the dining area upstairs was cute and bright, but quickly disappointed when we were seated in the dark gloomy basement. The upstairs was completely empty, so I was perplexed. The service was ok, but we had to ask for many things that we thought should be obvious, small plates for apps, silverware, etc. The menu looked really good with great brunch offerings. The food was underwhelming upon delivery - small portions, a bit haphazardly plated. Overall it was ok. We do not plan to recommend or return.

    poor service, brought out a friend's food almost 10 minutes after everyone else. So loud that no one could hear each other (not a good, fun loud, but more like bad acoustics)

    It was so loud and noisy, lots of big groups. The acoustics are very bad, would be great if they could do something about that. But the food was excellent and so was the service! Our wonderful server was Cameron.

    Found The Lobby on Open Table as never heard about this great eatery. Service was very friendly and helpful. The food is very authentic Southern style. It was reasonable priced and took home half of our entrees. We can't wait to go back and try other entrees.

    Was looking forward a nice brunch with friends, and it was disappointing. Good service, but our food was mediocre at best, and one side dish was served cold for several members of our party, it appeared to have been sitting for a while. Our waitress did replace the cold food, but it was pretty obvious the kitchen was apathetic at best.

    It was too noisy. While the waiter was nice service was slow and we didn't get our food out all at the same time. We didn't get our drinks for at least 15 minutes. My food was greasy and did not taste good. It was the hash with bacon. The biscuit was dry and tasteless. A little expensive. Overall I definitely do not plan on going back.

    I typically like this restaurant but for some reason, things just felt “off” this time. I had the chicken and waffles and…well, that ended out being a mistake. The chicken was over cooked and the oil tasted really old. The chicken was super super dark in color; not like a golden color that you would normally see. The sausage gravy was not good at all! I actually got sick after eating the food here. Pretty disappointed this time.
